Strap in for this review, cause it’s about to blow your socks off to high heaven.I went in right? And I ordered a burrito. They asked “white or brown rice?” I said “white rice please.” They said “any beans?” I said “black beans.” They asked “and your protein?” “Steak” I said. Then I asked for mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. “That’s it.” I said.If you think that wasn’t a doozy of a review, then you’re living on the wrong planet buddy, go to Neptune with all the other fools.
Super busy all the time, line doesn't really move the few times I've gone in throughout the years. Had to leave twice because it would take longer than 20.minuties to get anywhere through the line
Online Orders for delivery are wrong almost all of the time. There is always something missing, or its a bowl instead of a burrito, or its just not what you ordered. More times then not the food is gross and soggy anyways. They refund the money so it's not that big of a deal, but when you want the food that you ordered, in good condition, and want to save your time, just go to the one in Stow. I know times are tough for service industry employees but it's ridiculous how often it happens.
I love beans theirs are good mixed with meat and rice lettuce. Yumm
This place is hit and miss. For one, the advertisement says open until 11pm, so I went there at 9:55 pm and they locked the doors and closed up, which is poor communication. Two, while some staff are nice, others are rude and they purposefully give me tiny portions so when I ask for a bit more, they snicker and do the smallest amount possible. In other words, I have been to better Chipotles that are more consistent, but some days this place does a great job. Like I said, hit or miss.
Don’t spend your hard earned money here. I walked in, the girl asked me what I wanted then as soon as I opened my mouth, she started talking to her coworkers. They don’t plan for a Friday night rush bc the guac was only for online because they were irresponsible with they’re prep time with 5 or possibly more people in the front and back of house. The girl ringing me up also did not let me know or have a sign that said they didn’t have change or they were “exact change only”. The rice was also VERY crunchy. I didn’t even come in at a ridiculous time like 9:50 or something. Really terrible. Go to Brimfield, or Stow, if you want something from chipotle.
I used to really like this Chipotle but recently their portions have been so small. I've asked for more rice in my bowl and have been charged for 2 bowls. Just for another scoop of rice. I don't get it.
Customer service was okay. Portions were horrible, and the steak was very fatty. Tossed most of my bowl. Not typical for the Chipotle brand. I will drive alittle further for better overall service next time.

Hands down the absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever stepped foot in. Every time I’ve been here they’ve gotten my order wrong and then do nothing to fix it. They’d be doing Kent a favor if they closed down
