Agreed with a few other on the price of things. Maybe I too am showing my age. Besides that expect long waits between beer orders. Whatever system they use for beer orders it takes forever. I would’ve had another but was afraid of it never coming nor did my server ask if I wanted another. Burger great. Quantity of fries was sad. Cheese curds good. Onion rings great. Wifey got cauliflower wings great. The Caribbean jerk wings were not my style at all, whatever that herb is in them was funky to me, I’m sure others love it. We will be back. My boys love the boneless wings.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the wings, would be 1 but the server was great so I’ll give a star for that. But the wings where HORRIBLE! I have never left a review for a restaurant before but they where so bad I had to. It tasted like they where freezer burnt and had bad/old oil. I heard a lot of good things of bw3 and was very disappointed after my first experience.
The manager could do a better job of adjusting the hours properly so I don’t waste a trip up here again. Says open online and on the front door but door is locked
The food was pretty good. It took a long time to get to us, more than I would like, but the burger was pretty good. Fries however were cold, and the pretzel bites were definitely not worth $8 considering we only got like 5 of them.
This is one of my family's favorites to dine in and carry out. Consistently great service and food. ?
Good sports bar. Spicy chicken is nice.
My wife works long days and occasionally I ask her to pick up food on the way homeThought we'd have some wings but come to find out I can't pay for them online or over the phone. Wife does not have card or cash on her today so after speaking to some rude child we canceled. And no I'm not going to fill out a form to have the issues addressed that should never have been an issue to begin with. I mean who can't take payments online or over the phone in 2022? Just will do our business elsewhere from now on. Wings have gone down hill anyways.
Check your food if you get takeout because there's a 95% chance it's going to be wrong then you end up paying $30 for 12 wings like I did. It's really shouldn't be difficult to read an order, put the order in a box and give it to a customer. It's chicken wings, not a 7 course tasting menu. I don't know anyone who has ordered here and actually gotten their entire order.
The service was great the restaurant was full. But i was still in and out in 15 minutes. For it being at 5pm i was happy with service
Our appetizer were delicious but the service was just okay. Our waitress took forever to come check on our table as she was more worried about talking with her coworkers and eating nachos compared to actually doing her job. Our food did come out rather quickly!! I don’t expect anything less in a college town as service at most places in Kent is lacking tremendously!!
