No service at first, manager came over and fetched us a cup of coffee. We finished our coffee and the wait staff just passed us by for another 10 minutes. Then a couple came in after us and was waited on immediately. We walked up to the manager and gave him our money for our coffee and left. Admittedly he tried to make it right but that horse already left the barn. We were just passing through so we'll probably never stop by there again but we'll remember just in case.
I go out of my way to the Kent location. I went to Streetsboro like usual and it terrible experience. I went to Kent and it was night and day difference. Other customers was at Kent from Streetsboro beside me. I will definitely keep going here because of the staff alone as well as great service.
Very disappointed. Food took a very long time to come out and when it did, our over easy eggs were runny and broken with the yoke spilling out on the raw bacon.. The toast was bunt. The hashbrowns were hash whites and not cooked very well. I pointed this out to the server he didint seem to care. . Wont be going back.
Went to lunch with my mom today and we had a girl named Melissa as our waitress! The food was absolutely amazing and Melissa was so sweet! Since I will be moving to the area soon she was able to talk to me about the area and tell my mom and I about the local businesses we should visit as well! The restaurant is so lucky to have her on their team !
The servers are polite and friendly. The pot roast has is a lot. skimpier than I remember it being.. relaxed family atmosphere and great food!
We went there 2 days ago and my food was totally unacceptable! I ordered my egg over medium or and it was over hard . My bacon was raw and he my hash browns were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. The only part of my breakfast that was half way good was the toast. Never go there agn?ai
The food was amazing as usual. The place was clean and we were greeted with a nice pleasant hostess. She immediately seated us even though the place was quite full.There was hardly no wait on our food and the waitress came back several times to make sure everything was okay.I recommend this Bob Evan's as better then most if them I have been it. This place should be used as a place of training for other facilities...♥️?
Broccoli Alfredo pasta bowl…. That, to me, smelled and tasted way to much like a chitty diaper. (I later found out that I was pregnant so, maybe it was just a me problem… IDK)
Decent place, service is always hit or miss, but it's the same Bob Evans flair!
Good food friendly service, what more can you ask for ?
