It was an Arby's. Dining room was clean. The food was as expected. No wow, but no complaints.
Stopped here at the drive-through on my E-bike. Was told, "Please come inside, we can not service 'non-motorized vehicles'. My reply was, "No thanks, I'll go elsewhere." Went to the 'Raising Cains" drive through next door.
Absolutely pathetic example of how to run a franchise. Closed by 9 pm on a nightly basis due to "short staffing" despite advertising being open until at least 10. I say "short staffing" because there's usually 3-4 employees sitting on the counter joking around. On the off chance they are open after 9 they are out of meat. "Hello, welcome to Arby's, we're out of roast beef, chicken, turkey, fish. Go ahead with your order". Absolute joke. Don't waste time trying to get food here.
Stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and mozzarella sticks and was not pleased at all with the food. The people over all were nice but seemed a bit unorganized. They pulled us forward because they were waiting on our mozzarella sticks and when we got them only 2 were fresh out of the 12 and they tasted burnt like the oil was old. I am super glad that I check all my sandwiches from most restaurants. When I turned my sandwich upside down the bun was covered in mold. HIGHLY unacceptable because this can get people sick. Will not be returning to this Arby's ever again and will be submitting to corporate as well about the food standards. Have seen some bad reviews of food quality so would not recommend until quality improves.
Food was cold straight out the window. Employee working drive through was very short and rude. Was not busy I was the only one there. Food was just thrown in the bag. Don't recommend this location

Food was cold. Manager hung up on me when I requested the corporate number. Didn't receive a reseipt.
Really great customer service, something you dont tend to find or experience too much anymore. & Always great food. ?
Would try the brimfield location first honestly. This place never has items in stock one day it’s roast beef next it’s bacon or Mac and cheese. Food is never consistent either.
