The food was pretty good but our server seemed like she was sick or had allergies or was on medication. she actually staggered backwards while we were ordering - eyes half closed it was strange. Perhaps Applebee’s is one of those places where they fire you if you call off sick But she should not have been there In that condition. And she should’ve had a mask on because she did look and sound sick. Also it took forever to get our food to get our check to get our bill paid to get boxes for leftovers. people were sitting next to us with a toddler and she took forever getting their order in. people with young children want to eat and go. another older couple was unhappy about something complaining to another waitress who was very loud and her responses to them unprofessional at best. We counted several servers I don’t know if people were piled up in the wrong sections but it was just not working tonight.
The visit is not GoodMy salad don't have no dressingAnd the waitress ask us if we want affitizer..we say yes ..but when our meal are ready to hand it to us it wasn't completely at allNo affitizer at all and like I said my salad dressing is missing and they didn't have no napkins and no plastics forks or nifes or spoons at allNo good service...bad experience here in Ohio
The waitress was unorganized. Food was not hot when served. Ordered a drink from the bar. The new Margarita they had advertised. The rim of the glass was not salted or sugared. I saw a few other drinks like the one I ordered be served with a naked rim as well. Will not go back.
EXCELLENT FOOD N SERVICE!! I had a sirloin steak and it was very good I'd have to say just as good as Texas road house!! And even though they were really packed are server was on ? point, always checking on us I never once had to look for her and she was also very nice and pleasant ? all around great place!! ?
I decided to take my mom and kids to a family friendly place near her home. It was nice. The food was good. No complaints. If I'm in the area again and looking to sit down and eat, I'd go there.
Friendly, fast service. Our meals were excellent. Very clean and very reasonable. Highly recommend.
The waitress was the best part. The food was cold. The drinks came after the food. Usually I have a great time, but very disappointed this time.
their Covid precautions literally suck. the amount of times I have ordered foods through door dash and my bag has been barely closed is WILD. it’s so easy to close someone’s bag. There are so many places that triple knot and even staple. This was my last time eating here, I dealt with the dry food but the lack of care for people’s health is beyond me. absolutely not.
The kids dinner pick for their birthdays!!! Dad and I couldn't be happier!! They have delicious boneless wings and endless amazing entrees!! Service is always phenomenal and fast!!!
The lady manager screams at the employees. My entire meal was stressful. Thats all everyone heard was her screaming. The servers are lazy and stand around on their phones. Was not a good experience and we WILL NOT BE BACK!
