We got thee worst coney dogs or I should say the worst food we’ve ever had from anywhere and that has been rare!!! These coney dogs were NO WAY the A&W from years back!! The hot dog tasted like something out of the dirty dish water…..a very bland weird taste that might have been cooked in dirty water…….you could not begin to even call this a hot dog…a disgrace to to the hot dog industry…..I think the coney sauce was from a can of something. The fires were good.This really should be concerning to the A&W corporation. Really wondering how it stays open. It was today that we stopped in there. The carhop was very nice.

No ice cream in rooter float. Told server, she said that is the way they do it. Rip off. Don't go.
I'm only giving it 1 because I have too but the service was terrible. Never was waited on and drove off as well as several others who were never waited on. We were overlooked and passed by several times before we decided to leave. I guess our money wasn't good enough. Very disappointed.
I ordered chili cheese fries along with my order and I got fries with a smear of cheese and no chili, I called to complain to the staff and the manager said it’s alright it was a miscommunication and I was only charged for cheese fries which I tried explaining that there really wasn’t even cheese on them but it didn’t seem to matter which was disappointing because I only live around the corner and I would have gone back for them to correct their error but the manager seemed like it was fine since I didn’t get charged for the chili… I also received onions on my burgers which I also asked for no onions but I picked the onions off and the burger was good just disappointed because it wasn’t busy and if they didn’t hear me then they should have asked me until they knew what I wanted, I even tried to repeat the order myself to make sure it was correct but I will think twice before I go back.
My only complaint is there is no A & W in Canton. However, I hardly have to wait for my order when I visit Kent and it's served up hot and 100% accurate. I need to go back this year before they close.
Pricey for what it is... a drive in shouldn't be so expensive! But the service is good, the food is awesome!
The ladies that work there are always sweet and polite. They bring your food quickly and it is always fresh and hot or sweet and cold. They are quick to respond to your lights. And they always are happy to help.
