Food is great and was hot the staff are very friendly and courteous very pleasant experience all the way around. I would give them 20 Stars if it was possible.
They made my order incorrectly but they corrected it right away. Great customer service
Can you ever really go wrong with White Castle??? I don't think so!! This specific location is always fast, fresh & hot food made to order, no heat lamps, thank Goodness lol.. A 10 sack, small fry and onion chips is all you need
I only eat at the Castle a few times a year and usually this location is top notch.and 5 stars... but today 3 out of the 4 burgers I had the buns which are usually fresh and soft but today the buns were hard and disappointing... also was out of zesty sauce .. I know the zesty sauce is probably an availability issue but disappointing nonetheless
Best White Castle I have had and probably some the best fast food ever also.Everything was dynamite!

We live in Canton but were in Hilliard for the day. There's no White Castle in Canton so we looked forward to having some for lunch. We bought 6 burgers and they didn't disappoint. Yum! It brought back memories of when I lived in Columbus years ago and we would buy bags of 20, even 26 sometimes. Big family!
Good luck getting a special order. You might ask for it but it's doubtful you'll get it. Other than that it's a pretty good White Castle
This location has good food and the employees are very nice. My boyfriend and I drive from Springfield to this location to purchase burgers. They taste better than the location here. I would recommend this location if you are in the Columbus area and wants White Castle.
Food was good but the wait was longer than I would like
