The worst staff i have ever seen. The girl or atleast i think she was. Literally called me an f'in B then proceeded to flip me off after driving away. This was all over nothing really. She kept saying hello and I was nowhere near the speaker. So when I finally got to the speaker she emediatly gave me the ghetto attitude and was being very rude. I will be calling corporate and making sure she is fired.
These comments span over a few visits. I ordered sweet tea amd received mostly got ice and water, could not taste any tea and the manager gave me this drink. when going through the drive thru the menu board is not lit up after dark, it can take a few mins for someone to ask to take your order. went through the drive through tonight and watched a teenage gentleman stand there looking at his cell phone for 2 to 3 mins before he acknowledged I was at the window to pay. This is one of the stores I will avoid going through in the future.
If I could leave a ZERO STARS for the wendys on Hilliard Rome and Robert's I would. I literally just left ordered 2 large fries no salt, two chocolate chip cookies n 3 small frosties. I guess they didn't feel like making new fries cause the ones I received were cold old n salty. I'm calling corporate tomorrow cause 13.00 for that is unacceptable
Cashier didn't listen.. ended up paying for and getting food I didn't order.. become to big a hassle to try and get her to correct the order so I just eat what I had but I won't let that happen again.. went to wash my hands..no soap no towels and had to stand in pee at the urinal.. just hope the kitchen was clean.. very disappointed with Wendy's.. Dave would have fired them..
Horrible service , always have to wait more than 30 mins in drive threw for food and they never have their staple items on a cold day made, for instance potatoes and Chilli, went there on a blustery cold night at 6 pm and nothing was available, always has doors locked to be able to walk in , all other wendys have their doors open , why not here , manager lady was rude and you could tell she was lying about making food , stay away at all means
The service was great ! Men's restroom is broken but is neatly cleaned during this hour. The service was excellent and the employees are very helpful. The food is served hot and ready to eat just the way I like it.
Terrible, avoid like the plague. raw center burgers, not even the type of burger I ordered. Can’t return because they withheld receipt. My fiancées burger was wrong also. If you got $20 to waste go right ahead. I hope the employees are cursed with fuct up orders for all of eternity.
Great location. Employees are always nice and food is fresh. One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to and way better then most of the restaurants on Hilliard-Rome road. Keep up the good work.
Dining closed as of today. Drive through moves relatively quickly (not chic fil a quick, ha) and the food is correct and made right. No complaints over the last couple of years.
I didn't eat but my partners did.Man it was a super cold, yellow jawn working at the window though. She so fine
