Not Wendy's fault however they had electric but not getting enough power to run the air conditioning.. honestly if I worked there I would had gone home because it was hotter inside then outside and it was 95 degrees outside.. I've clue who made the decision to open this business and work these people in that heat..Wendy's could certainly afford to pay a few employees a days wage and keep the place closed until proper air conditioning was available. This shows how much companies truly care about and value there employees health and safety. The public would had understood the store not being open.
Lucky they are getting even 2 stars. There was a profane argument when we pulled up to the drive thru window. The girl leaving was screaming at another employee. I heard another heated conversation while waiting. Very uncomfortable. ( I sure hope I'm reviewing the Hilliard Wendy's on Cemetery.) Our order was wrong, they corrected the burgers then we found they left out part of our order.
My wife and I both experienced food poisoning symptoms that lasted ~6 hours. Wendy’s was the last thing we ate (Monday 1pm) that was different from our children. I don’t want to give the indication that this was the source, just wanted to ask if others had a similar experience. It very well could have just been a bug or from a different source, trying to narrow it down and retrace steps. But outside of this possibility, no issues at all. Good fries!
Just came home with dinner. Fries were cold (only a couple minute trip home), wrong nuggets (spicy as opposed to regular. Thank goodness I CAN handle spicy food!), hamburgers had NO condiments (despite me ordering them with condiments on) and drink was Dr Pepper as opposed to regular Coke. We ordered online and our receipt was correct but not our order. Last time our nuggets were cold and rubbery. I'm only giving 2 stars as opposed to one because it's close to our house. Get your act together.
At 7:45pm you can tell every employee hated their job. Went threw the drive thru and got greeted with "what do you want?” Our order immediately shrank to just a nugget kids meal and they couldn't even manage to get that right. When my husband asked for a napkin to clean the frosty up off the outside of the cup he was given the hold on a moment finger while the manager walked off ignoring my husband's request.Seriously, how are you still even open with customer service like this?
The "hot" fries were not remotely hot. The baconater fries had cold shredded cheese and a single half strip of bacon. Terrible. The chili recipe has possibly changed, because there was NO meat in it. None. All beans. Which some may prefer, I personally prefer meat in my chili. Also, it has always had meat in the past. This location has progressively gotten worse.
Was here on Sunday Jan 23rd. Ordered 2 Dave's double combos and frostys. 1 Dave's double was supposed to be without tomatoes and onions and both were with tomato and onions. 1 combo was medium and got it small. All the fries were cold. How about hot and crispy guaranteed? 1 frosty was supposed to be chocolate but got vanilla. They pretty much screwed up entire order. Never ever going back
They like to close way earlier than their actual closing time — people are there so I find it hard to believe it’s a staffing issue. Employees don’t seem to care to help, oh well. Welcome to 2021-2022 where businesses can do whatever they want lol
I've never been treated with such blatant disrespect by a customer service member - and a manager, no less - before. I asked for extra sauce and the kid at the window handed me one. I asked for a couple extra more and he turned to get more at which point his manager said something to him. He told me that it costs extra. I was confused, as I always get extra sauce. I was reaching into my purse to get my card out to pay for the extra sauce and asked since when. He shrugged and turned to the manager while closing the window. I asked her the same question and she said "since right now" and started laughing at me as I tried to talk to her. She then turned to her colleagues and started laughing at something while pointing a thumb in my direction. It's absolutely appalling! I work in customer service and don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews, but it's not acceptable for me to be treated like garbage when I was not only polite but willing to pay for the extra sauce. On a previous visit, I got water out of the machine in the front of the store and there were BUGS in my water!! I reported them to the food health and safety bureau in Ohio.
I don't know why you continue to list your opening time as 6:30am. I tried -- once again -- to place a breakfast order on the way to work. The time was 6:55. Store was closed. Either adjust your posted hours, or have staff at the ready. Very annoying! McDonald's is across the street and does not dissapointl.
