I normally don't have a problem picking up orders that I make online in the drive thru but today I had one of the worse experiences at Tim Horton at this location. I pull up to get my order and one of the workers tells me he doesn't see my order and I need to show him on my phone. While he's asking he's being rude and condescending as if I was lying or that I made the pick up at the wrong location. Eventually a second worker find my order and asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. They couldn't complete my order completely because they didn't have Tim Bits so I asked for blueberry muffins to equal the cost of a 20 piece timbit. I only received 1 blueberry muffin. The weekend shift that works in the afternoon at this location is trash. They sucked so bad that I felt the need to get on Google and leave this review.

I don’t know if ownership/management has changed at this place but service went from exceptional to unimaginable in the last 2 months. Drive through line went from seconds spent in line to 15 minutes. They gave me wrong order 5 times in a row and I am not kidding how does that happen. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and I should just go to the speedway across the street.

9am, 14 cars in line at drive thru. Line is backed out into parking lot for nearby shopping center, and moving very very slowly. It's o.k., I'll just go inside. NOPE, all the doors are locked. Im supposed to get ten dozen doughnuts in the drive thru? Get back into car, look at line and decide they really don't want my business. It's o.k. they have plenty of money, the workers drive BMW's

I paid $2 to add cream cheese to my bagel. There's not even enough to smear across one half of my bagel, let alone the second half. If I'm paying $2 for something as simple as cream cheese on my bagel, I expect to get my money's worth. Ridiculous that they can charge that much for half a tablespoon of cream cheese.

Anything else?Not cool. Or polite, or welcoming or anything except “I’m bothered and want you to be done and leave”. No one likes to deal with this when ordering from a drive thru. It’s universal excepted as rude, isn’t it? Certainly the managers or someone working there knows this.

Worst tim Hortons in the area. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to find another. Or just go to Starbucks around the corner. Got a meal wasn't asked what my drink was for the meal. They immediately used 1 of my kids chocolate milks assuming it was the drink for the meal. They don't know what "assorted chocolate" means. Slow service, terrible management, complete incompetence.

Awful food Awful management, order a coffee and breakfast sandwich and I got nothing i ordered then went back and was told by management they didn't have the ingredients for the items I ordered. So for months this tim hortons has no meat products and complete simple orders

Trash tim hortons never gets order right and never has anything... don't uber eats from here you will just be disappointed, management is terrible here needs new staff nobody and can complete basic orders

Terrible tim hortons needs new staff and management, store cant complete any orders and store never has any meat products some how... go somewhere else
