Horrible customer service. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up on the drive thru. I showed him my order number and it wasn’t even ready, so they had to prepare it and waited 15 minutes.I ordered Large Irish cream coffe and he gave me vanilla iced coffee after all this. I was watching them how they’re preparing the order, no gloves, talking on the phone while preparing the order and mixing the orders, crazy experience………. After all this he gave me the wrong order??
I had the worst experience this morning. I stop to get a Vanilla Iced coffee with light cream and an avocado toast. I asked to pay for extra avocado which I was told wasn’t possible (when a coworker stopped at the same tim hortons this morning and also purchased an avocado toast with extra avocado) so I receive a Carmel iced coffee with what appears to be the regular amount of cream and no ice in my iced coffee. Not to mention toast with literally almost no avocado on it. I called the store multiple times and never received an answer. Such poor service.
Sometimes overall reviews can be misleading.My wife and I started using this Tim Hortons in preference to one closer to our home. The one closer to us has consistently failed in their ability to have menu items ready or even correctly make menu items.My wife and I haven't had a problem with this location any of the numerous times we've visited.
Tim Hortons in general around town have REALLY dropped off. They used to be good now it's at Speedway level: good in a pinch but solidly near last place. Quite a difference from Timmy's in Canada which are the bomb.
The drive thru employees always speak in a rude low voice as if they’re Angry they have a customer. Coffee is cold. They’re always out things. Was just told they’re not serving lunch because they don’t have food left.
I’ve been to this Tim Hortons many times before heading off to work on Wednesdays and Fridays and my coffee always seems to be cold. Espresso machine is always “down for cleaning” and manager always seems to be rude and uncooperative. I hope this location becomes better as I will not be coming here for coffee any longer.
Rude employee I went there and the guys on drive thru said I can’t understand you come to the window then overthere he still didn’t understand me I heard him call in other staff member even it’s a small order and simple ., why I speak French or Spanish it’s 10 pack timbits and bagel toasted with cream cheese .., most of the time they out of main menu item like today they out off dounts & timbits & corrsant.. so why are you guys open selling coffee only
Came to this location because the one closer to my home is awful, well so is this one. I got 2 large lattes and they handed them to me cold. I thought ok maybe these cups are extra thick? I get home and take a sip, absolutely cold. There were 3 frazzled ladies working, one who made the cold coffee, one who handed me the cold coffee and the one who was talking on her cellphone while taking my order.
I love my neighborhood Tim . I always showed up at the drive thru after work in the morning , the team always greeted me with a smile on their faces. The manager is super nice too . Because of the customer service i keep going there. Bagels always fresh in the morning
told me they only have refreshers in the summer and litteraly promoting on there menu as a featured item at the moment.
