Only complaint is they can’t make specialty drinks.Picture on menu: black coffee with a splash of sweet cream. Actual drink: so much cream that it looks like milk. Would you like some coffee with that cream?Don’t offer drinks that your staff can’t make. But to be fair- this is a trend across all TH locations, so it seems like a company training problem more than a problem specific to this location.
I gave them a THIRD chance this morning, and my coffee tasted like garbage! My iced mocha had no flavoring (for the 3rd time) and I just trashed a $4 & something coffee. I also didn't get my cream cheese for my bagel so that's nice. What a waste of money!!!!!I understand places are short staffed and people make mistakes, I've worked in the coffee/fast food industry. But I don't love wasting money on something I know is good at other locations. I'm annoyed and now going to have to go to Starbucks to get a second coffee this morning and spend more money.None of my family will return here. Thnx

Got a coffee and timbits at the drive thru at 4:40pm 02/08/22. The cashier, a high school kid I believe, was being rude and seemed intoxicated. As I handed him my card he had a strange grin and saying something slurred like “soccer ball” , then as he handled my coffee, he was saying “shit” and “fuck” because some of it spilled. I have kids in the car. It was an uncomfortable, disturbing visit to the cemetery rd Hilliard Tim Hortons.
Don't go here often.. Price is high and apparently they didn't have sandwiches at 1pm? So I got a 5.00 frozen ice drink.
Charged me 4.69 for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese as ham …… they literally put 1 of the thinnest slices of ham ever!! Smdh you guys can do better!

Dropped in here today for a little sustenance on our travels and it was very warm and welcoming environment.As always Tim Hortons big box chain from Canada hit the nail on the head with this place it’s Makaveli clean upscale friendly employees high energy everything you could want for breakfast shop.So if you’re in Northwest Columbus the Hilliard area specifically we would highly recommend this as a great stop with great food
The lady at the drive thru served me coffee, and she was extremely nice, which is a big deal considering the employee at Lewis Center refused me service unless if I DROVE MY SEMI IN THE DRIVE THRU
About 8 cars in front of me in the drive thru line. 6 mins from the time I got in line to getting my order. Super quick!! Thank you.
