My nephews birthday party was here Saturday 3/5/22. I never heard of this place before that day. It was a absolute BLAST! Something for everyone to do! Bowling, Lazer Tag, Arcade, bar for the adults! The kid's had a great time! And so did I! Price of birthday party's is reasonable! Definitely will go back!
Large great lanes. Nice selection of food and drinks. Can get a lot for play for your money on the games. And the prizes they offer are nice too
I usually have enjoyed Ten Pin, but based on my latest visit I can tell that this establishment lacks the clear management to sustain business long term. The best word I can use to describe my experience, that is occurring at this moment actually, is abysmal. It starts with walking in to the restaurant and literally standing by dirty uncleared tables awaiting a spot to sit. Then moves on to clearing the table ourselves while the staff watched and said nothing. I’ll spare you the continued detail from there but wow. Unbelievable. I don’t even blame the wait staff. They’re clearly understaffed and untrained. The management here needs to be immediately fired and replaced with actual effective leadership.\\n\\nUpdate: there was a small rubber band in our pizza. What the heck.\\n\\nUpdate 2: We were given a discount and some gift cards by the manager to make things right, which was appreciated.
Service and staff were great! Clean, very kid friendly. Stephanie, our server was very attentive.
Dreadful. Save your money (lots of it!) and either go to a \\\"regular\\\" bowling alley, or stay home and play cards. Service in restaurant was non-existent, three of eight in our party didn't get food until 1.5 hours after sitting down, and it wasn't crazy busy. We had to inform them that we were not paying for it rather than them telling us first that there would be no charge. Lanes are extremely expensive and by the hour, when we asked to buy more time to finish our game, we were told \\\"no\\\", because of a waiting list. 20 minutes later the lane was still not in use.
Nice and clean bowling alley. The workers are very prompt and attentive. The pizza is awesome! My biggest complaint is the high prices.
Had a wonderful family fun day. unfortunately I didn't WIN, but my Son sure was happy he did !! Can't wait till next week cause we're doing it again !! The food was great too, especially the Onion Rings !!
My son was invited to come here to provide some company for his friend while his friends sister had a Christmas party here. We had a great time
Took my son and friend for his 6th birthday. Very clean!! Excellent service!! Delicious food. One of the best burgers I have ever had. There were several games down in the arcade but we still had fun. Would definitely go back!
We had fun! A little pricey for larger families. The manager of resos was not very friendly and had a really rude, aggressive attitude. Other than that would have given 5 stars! Get out of customer service if you don’t like customers. Easy fix!
