I went there with my son the other day, arrived about 15 minutes or 10 minutes before 4:00. I had to wait in line behind another gentleman ordering his food and then had to wait on whoever took his order to walk to the back for a few minutes. I then tried to order a pulled pork or pulled beef sandwich that they had on the menu which the register operator told me they didn't have. No big deal, so I ordered something else. at that time a woman comes from around the back and says you can't order that we're not serving lunch specials anymore. It turns out it was a few minute past 4:00 by the time they got to me so I could no longer order off that menu. Again, no big deal so I tried to order the exact same thing separately. Whoever was running the register (who to his credit was young and probably new) could not understand the order got it wrong two ways meaning wrong condiments on the chili dog that had to be sent back and missed a drink completely. My hot dog had been sitting quite a while to where they had developed a thick skin on the outside that was a completely different color and texture than the inside. Still, it didn't taste bad so I ate most of it. I really have to say the best thing that they had going for them that day was the mac and cheese. It wasn't terrible but not as good as was expected by some other reviews.
Food is prepared to order, which is great because the fries are AMAZING! The coney dogs are fantastic, as well. The side of refried beans is also very tasty. The staff are friendly and very appreciative of each customer. I love Skyline, but Talita's, for me, is even better.
If you're feeling like a coney dog or Cincinnati spaghetti this is the place. Also do loaded cheese fries, onion rings, etc. My fav is the Slaw Dog or Dad's Coney. Their burritos are fresh and on-point as well, although I admit that's not normally what I'm ordering when I go there. If they've got the ingredients they'll make you just about whatever you want. Nice people.
Great service, the staff was super friendly and the food was great! Definitely a new favorite comfort food spot, the queso burritos are soooo good (kid approved). And the slaw dog with jalapeños! Definitely the best slaw dog since living in Tennessee! All it was missing was pulled bbq pork on top. I will definitely be coming back!

While the service was excellent, the food left much to be desired. I had been told by so many people that Talita's was fantastic, that I was really excited when they opened a location near me. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the hype. We ordered several different items and everyone in the group just said the food was okay. Nothing special and not a lot of flavor. Maybe they were having an off day, and I may give them a second chance, but at this point, I would not recommend.
Great coney dogs and burritos. Staff is very pleasant and the service is very quick! It is a local franchise that use family recipes that have been in place for over 50 years!
