Overcharged us a extra drink and when we were told we didn’t order it Precious claimed “well I asked you if everything on the menu was correct” but on top of that we got home and they didn’t even give us a Crunchwrap for our Crunchwrap combo.Called the store and the manager on duty said they would give us one for free but on top of it just waiting for a replacement has taken over 5 minutes.The inside of the store is disgusting as well, one of the employees has their child in store just roaming around while they work and coworkers are out in their car smoking weed.Definitely not a location I am going to take my family to ever again.

Yesterday the system was shut down so me and my friend were told to pull around and after not even 5 minutes the gm comes out and apologizes to us and says they should be back up no later than 5 mins, he then comes out and tells us he’s sorry again and we can go through the line, and gives us our food for free!!!!! he was super nice, we need more people like him working for fast food!

One of the very few Taco Bell's in Columbus that gets it right. Staff is professional and courteous. Order is always correct every time I've been.

I understand times are tough, good workers are hard to come-by but if you're gonna charge me extra for a steak chalupa, at least give me steak. This is pathetic and came half unwrapped thrown in the bag. Pretty much done with this location. I'm surprised it's even still open with whomever they have managing.

This was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff was quick, and friendly. My purchase was conversational, not just transactional. The food was hot and made with care. Great job to the hard working team!

Worst customer service!They always do mistakes on orders and they always forget to put sauces if you order it through drive through. And when you call to request sauces- they hang up your call. This has happened to me multiple times. Not so great customer service!!!

This drive thru is usually good and the staff is friendly for sure. The only issue I've had is sometimes it seems to randomly close early for no reason. I'm not sure why.

Breakfast Menu does not match on-line menu. Mini-skillet not available. Shift Manager Refused to make a breakfast burrito without tortilla for lower carb meal.Not a place for good customer service. Also very abrupt when asking any kind of questions. If you are ordering by menu numbers....they can handle that, nothing else.

Just went to their drive thru. They’re supposed to be open 8am-11pm, and they said they’re not open til 11am…? and their Taco Bell sign says “breakfast” which is hilarious because they stop serving breakfast at 11am.
