The staff were very friendly and they made my drink really well.The only concern I had was that there wasn't any soap in the bathroom and it looked like there hadn't been any all day. Even the amount of tissue there was scant, meaning no one checked the bathroom in a while and there was a possibility that at least one of the staff members hadn't washed their hands with soap.
Worst Starbucks. I ordered from the drive through and forgot one of the many drinks I ordered. I came back to receive it and they never made it so they said I never ordered it. Refused to give me my drink or even a refund. Horrible horrible management worst customer service very slow staff and on top of it drinks don’t even taste right . Would never recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could.
This is the worst management I have ever seen. The employees + the manager were extremely rude. They charged me for 4 drinks yet only gave me 4 and because it was time to close hey wouldn’t fix their mistake. I will never come back to you again. I know this is Petty but I will be disputing this. I will make sure to let my friends and family to know
Please don’t waste your gas or your money by coming here. Disrespectful staff, drinks not made right, and they take 10 years to make a iced coffee. Told all my friends and family to never come here again.
Extremely dissatisfied with my order today. I ordered drinks for me and my friends and naturally I forgot one. I can back to get it and they refused to give it to me and refused to give me a refund at least! The girls were very rude as well I don’t know if it was the manager I spoke to or who but horrible customer service. Not at all pleased with this location. Needs to be shut down or get a whole new RESPECTFUL staff who know what they’re doing . Seems like they all need to go through training again.

Very busy drive-thru but the line moves fast. I like a modified 'Pink Drink,' and it's always fantastic! Employees are friendly and helpful.
Very pleasant coffee shop. Drive through was very busy. Hard working staff. Coffee was good and served quickly. Great place for a quiet meeting with a friend. Met there at another's request to divvy up baseball tickets for the 2022 season, which opens April 12th.
Never open on time, and almost always sold out on a product and guaranteed to have the slowest service. Poor Management. Needs Help.
