I will never be back. I saw the most disgusting thing today. They put the wrong sticker on the wrong sandwiches and one guy came in and picked it up and took it out to his car and brought it back inside and said that this was not his sandwich. The employee then said I must’ve mixed the bags up and handed him the other person‘s order that was not there yet. And then asked for the sticker so that they could change the sticker on the bag. Then they put it back out on the counter for the mobile order to be picked up and I said you guys should probably not reserve that he took that out to his car who knows what he did with it she took it to a manager and the manager brought it back over and set it back out never remade it. absolutely disgusting

I think all the 1 star reviews on this location are just plain laughable. Champagne problems am I right? Your drink was made incorrectly, end of the world. You didn’t get your holiday flavor today, end of the world. They have mobile orders (ordered ahead of you at the counter) ready before yours, end of the world. The list goes on. All of these things warrant a 1 star review? Come on. This location is the best one I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to one in just over 30 states. I come here every day and have never once had a single issue. The staff is beyond friendly, they go out of their way for customers, and they do their job, what they are supposed to do. Be a little easier on these people, jeeze. It’s just Starbucks. And the skinny white male is one of the nicest employees on the team.

Very unprofessional, my girlfriend always goes there before her day gets started on the way to work and these two guys that work there have constantly made fun of her car and attempt to tease her / flirt with her., They also have asked for her phone number. Extremely unprofessional to act this way while being employed at one of the biggest franchises in the world.

Usually love this location and the employees who are usually super nice! But today received my drink and it was wrong so I take it inside to show them as you can clearly see it’s wrong and a male came to help me and cut me off before I could even finish talking saying he made the drink and it’s right so I show him and once he sees it he walks off not saying a word and I see him remaking it.(because he clearly seen it was wrong but he didn’t let me even finish my sentence before he cut me off to tell me I was wrong and obv assumed I was going to say something else and once he seen he was wrong instead of saying sorry I’ll remake that he just walks off) when he brings me the correct drink over and slides it onto the counter in front of me still not saying one word and then goes back to making the drive thru drinks right beside the front counter. So I hold up myMessed up drink saying so this one wasn’t made right correct? And he ignores me not saying a word. I’m at this location daily n never seen this barista before (white male, skinny) but he’s extremely rude and unprofessional!

Line as long as ever like usual for a Starbucks but we were in and out amazingly fast. Stupendous service! Exorbitantly kind and courteous. Best Starbucks we've been to.

This is the best Starbucks!! The Baristas have the best customer service! And they always make my drink perfect!! Try this location you'll be very happy you did!!

Plenty of space, friendly staff.

I noticed a few things this morning around 9am on Dec. 18th.I bought 8 units of cookies, biscotti and espresso beans with a gift card. Clerk walked away and left things in counter. Did not offer a bag or envelope for gift card. I guess a bag is too much to ask for now a days.Watch the barista rinse the metal mixer thing 3 times and set on counter, none of the three times was it even close to being a clean rinse. Still had milk orWhatever from the previous drink made. Not just a little, seemed unsanitary to say the least, cross mixing drink ingredients?Ordered two of the same, made one and set it out and called my name. I asked if there was a match. She found it at the drive through line. Nice to have the orders correct, and atleast seem to care.Bad service, plenty of workers. Just poorly run operation. Oh but the 10 call in orders were on the counter waiting ahead of the people in line and at the counter waiting.

I have a hard time understanding why this place decides to open if they can’t even offer a large portion of their menu items. No seasonal syrups available at all this morning, are you for real?

they never put classic in the shaken espresso or iced coffee and didnt know what a medicine ball was itd be helpful if they learned the menu bc everytime I get coffee here I can’t drink it and end up throwing it away because they dont make it right unless I explain how to make it
