Terrible need people who comes to work on time. I waited cause the sign said 8:30. I went in at 8:30 and the young lady that was there changed the sign to 9:00am because of course she was late.
This is the worst management I have ever seen. The employees + the manager were extremely rude. They charged me for 4 drinks yet only gave me 4 and because it was time to close hey wouldn’t fix their mistake
Literally just walked in and was told sorry, we are closed. Their time said 8:00 pm and it is 7:30. If you are not going to abide by your time, then update when you are closing so people don’t waste their time!!! @ Starbucks!!
Find it odd when you place an order, that they won’t work on your order, but instead they check someone else out that works there prior to filling your drink. Would have been one thing had it been another Starbucks order, but no they checked out their groceries and everything, and didn’t consider me as a customer of Starbucks. Sorely disappointed in this location. Also, instead of taking my points for the order, as I asked, they used my Starbucks card for the purchase.

First of all, I do want to compliment them that they do make excellent drinks, however, many times I go there they are either closed when they are supposed to be open or they run out of ingredients
I have been at this starbucks over 10 times at 8 am just to find out NO ONE IS THERE. The signs say open at 6 am, but they open whenever someone shows up.
Just awful. Long waits, no one is ever there. If you want coffee from this location be prepared to WAIT WAIT WAIT in line.
We went today to get a tumbler... Ana, the cashier jelled to my husband! It might be her time to leave but those are not the manners... We got the tumbler and she continued acting rude and careless
