We love Romeos so much, but the quality at this location has gone downhill significantly since even last year. This is the third time we have been disappointed with our order. The quality is so inconsistent. Tonight our boneless wings were barely more than burnt tiny clumps of breading and our pizza was lopsided and doughy on one end and burned on the other. I hope management gets this figured out. I would avoid this location. If we get Romeos again, we will be going to a different branch.

Pizza is delicious and love the Capone sauce, always have to get extra!
I just had Door Dash drop off my pizza. It’s the first and last time I will order from Romeo’s. Over all the 2nd worst tasting pizza I’ve ever had, the first worst is Papa John’s their sauce tastes like ketchup. The crust was barely done and I didn’t like the flavor of the sauce. The word that comes to mind is watery. Also the pizza wasn’t cut through the crust so I ended up just ripping it apart. Hopefully the is just a random experience but if it is typical some attention to details is required.
Now that this place is under new management and ownership, it lacks any customer service, people are rude and unprofessional on the phone. Answer the phone with saying “What’s up”… plenty of other pizza places in Hilliard to go to.
The guy who took care of me was fantastic, funny, and actually seemed to care! Tall blond. Great personality, if I needed employees, I would have offered him a job!
Quality has been declining consistently. Tonight, my son wanted Romeos for his special night and the order was late, the pizza was cold and the pieces were all over the box like it had been dropped.Driver stood at the door even with no contact delivery. Didn’t even knock- just stood there.Threw most of it away- it was gross.
Ordered specialty pepperoni feast pizza and was $21. Might have been a $13 pizza. Good, but not at the price.
Ordered pizza, received order confirmation email, never received pizza. Tried to call local store but they were closed. Had to order from another pizza shop. Called manager next day and he didn’t seem to care. He refunded our order and couldn’t explain what happened because he “wasn’t there “. Quality has declined severely in the last year.
I ordered an xl pizza and 8 boneless wings. I got essentially a small order of popcorn chicken sized chicken nuggets for $8 and a pizza with a crust theat wasn't fully cooked for $18. I could get a hot and ready and hit Wendy's drive through for much better food at a third of the price!
