I've eaten at this location about a dozen times, and overall I'd say they are a solid 4/5 stars. I'm going with 5 for this review because the last few times the food has been absolutely perfect. Tonight we ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger, the Smokehouse Brisket Burger (limited time special) and mozzarella sticks. The burgers were perfect and the mozzarella sticks may have been the best I've ever had. (I know, they're probably frozen sticks like every other fast casual restaurant, but they were so good!) I'll admit, the fries were a little undercooked, and there was one additional side sauce we ordered that was left out (but I could have checked the order and noticed that before driving away). But the burgers and mozzerella sticks were so good that the 5 stars is totally deserved.
It's Saturday afternoon. There's six cars in the parking lot and this place is on a 30 minute wait. They're clearly not ready for the big time. Save yourself the time and go someplace where they know how to run a restaurant.Edit:. Gave this place another shot two weeks later. It does seem to be improving. The wait was still a bit too long for a mostly empty place, so it's clear there's staffing issues, but once we sat down the service was perfectly pleasant and the food was solid. Added a star to compensate. I hope the trend continues.
I went there on mother's day. I knew ahead of time there would be a wait. After waiting for ever an hour we were finally seated. After waiting another hour for our food. Is was ok. Except for the Brisket burgers. Made my husband and step son sick. Didn't even finish eating. Manager did take it off bill. As we were leaving another table was complaining about the same burger. Waitress was sweet. Very attentive. First and last time at Red Robins.
Original - WHY is there a 30 minute wait when you have a grand total of 15 cars in the parking lot at 730pm on a Sunday night?HIRE SOME PEOPLE.Update: may 3rd. Since they seem to be doing better the last couple times we've been here, I will change this rating from a 1 to a 3. I hope to see the progress continue.
Great food and decent service even though was short staffed today
Worst experience ever. Our waitress was very rude. Never asked if we wanted refills. Had to go ask for them our selves. Asked for napkins and she never brought them. Had to go ask for them ourselves from the kitchen. She completely ignored us all meal.very disappointed. Came in for birthday lunch, and left wishing we never came. Only good thing bout the meal was the 2 people who actually wanted to do anything. Wasn't able to get their names. But one was a short dark hair girl and a skinny bald gentlemen (manager i think). They was the ones who noticed our frustrations.
I haven't been to a Red Robin in a very long time, was disappointed with the service especially since it was supposed to be a nice night out with my family. The food was delicious but that was the only enjoyable part. Very slow service for everything, sat for at least 10 mins before we were even greeted by anyone once we sat down. Not sure I'll be back again.
Tons of options for both gluten-free, and low calorie items. Our service was really good, our food came out correctly and hot. The bottomless sides were a bonus.
Just got home with a carryout order and found the most pathetic display of food. THIS was an entire order of zucchini fries!? And how about that awesome salad! Definitely not worth the money or time spent to drive there and get it!!
I went there a little after 11, and they weren't open. I sat there for a couple of minutes. Two other pulled up and ended up leaving as well.
