great service, great food at the hilliard location, it's the best
Girl at counter was pretty rude. I had shockingly never been to Cane's before, and I asked her if it was possible to place a carry-out order. Am I weird for calling it that? Most would respond "Okay, what would you like," right? Well she looked at me with a confounded stare and had to look to the guy next to her to ask what I meant by "carry-out". Super weird and she seemed like she held contempt for me the entire time I ordered. Anywho, I went out in the parking lot and just ate my food in the car (super chill) and it was kind of substandard if I'm not gonna lie. Chicken didn't really have a taste and the fries were the most 5/10 fries ever, but the bread was like the best food I've ever eaten. Decent experience I guess, but I wouldn't really return for anything but the bread. So goated.
They have great food but if you are taking it to go don't get the fries. The fries are great first hot not so much heated up.
They've been really great lately. Chicken has been hot but not overcooked, fries have been crispy. Worth the price.
There is a manager here named Teresa, and she has a terrible attitude. She is unpleasant and inconsiderate to customers, and it is because of this that I did not enjoy the food. I'm disgusted by the way she treats people, and this is not how a manager should treat customers. I won’t be returning. When I told her that my meal wasn’t extra crispy, she lied and said it was, then refused to make me another box that was. It wasn't a big deal, but the way she handled it disgusted me. I've heard and witnessed her mistreat her clients. It's abhorrent.
The staff was great. The food was delicious. It was my first visit to Raising Canes. On our way to the Bluejackets game with my Grandaughters. I will be back.
Taste so good. Too bad soda was flat. Manager was nice about it and recommended lemonade or tea. Could of warned everyone before we all tried it. Said it would be four or five hours before they could get it fixed. Understandable in todays world.
Placed on line order picked up early but my food had obviously been sitting awhile as fries and bread were soggy chicken was cold drinks were already prepared and waterd down. Very disappointed. Sent email but no response.
I just love me some Cain's. Lol! But, then again, who doesn't? This one was in Dublin, OH. Great food, and service! I will definitely recommend this place!
hours on website are no correct unless they decided tonight to close early. i ordered on the mobile app after confirming hours on google. worker cynthia is extremely rude. window was closed in my boyfriends face. so i called & when i asked if this was normal closing time for future reference cynthia said “i don’t know i’m just an associate” (which makes no sense) tried to hang up on me while i was talking to her. i then asked if i could ask someone else then, she said “my gm isn’t in right now” so i asked when he would b in or if i could try to talk to a manager because i wanted my refund, she replied “i don’t know my managers are in the back & too busy right now. my gm is on vacation & i don’t know when he would b back, try again next week”. clearly she doesn’t like where she is & a bad face for the company.
