For a special treat tonight we stopped off at the Hilliard Pizza Hut on cemetery road and it was awesome as always.No I see that some of the star reviews of this place or a little on the low side but I gave it a shot anyway in fact I’ve been here many many times and this is my first review and I got to say they are five star.No this is not the newest or the nicest or the nearest although it is clean and pretty organized you can tell that the store has a little bit of age to it.The staff as always seems to go above and beyond being courteous friendly and polite and very helpful.So I have never had anything but great luck at this little pizza pie shop. Yeah this is your typical franchise chain Pizza Hut that we have all known and come to love which originated in Wichita Kansas by the way
I have ordered from this store for several years. As much as I would like to say everything has always been perfect, but I can't. What I can say is the people here are human, and mistakes will be made. It's normal. I can also say that these folks have always made the effort to make it right by us. I would definitely recommend this place.
I must say it's been awhile. I kind of fell off of the PizzaHut chain for years ago and decided to re visit and it was amazing I don't know if it's the location but the staff was very friendly and welcoming the pizza of course was adstravigant. I really miss PizzaHut and if someone from PizzaHut sees this I would like to thank you your back in my eyes your pizza is the best.....
The staff, though very busy, were still very friendly and fast. It was a clean restaurant. My family loved the food.
We got delivery and the pizza was forgotten. The driver made it right and brought it to us quickly but it was cold by the time it got to us. Still delicious, just a little let down with 2 hungry kids.
I usually try not to be negative to businesses but this was to that level of I hope this doesn't happen to someone else. I got this place about a year ago and was not good, gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe it was just a bad night. Order again last night and was borderline cafeteria food and not enjoyable in the slightest. So bad we had to throw the leftovers away and was both in the bathroom multiple times that night. Would not recommend.
For the 2nd year in a row I ordered the triple treat box and again did not receive it in the actual box with the drawers. I had called the store before placing my order to make sure they had those boxes and she said they did. I also never got the breadsticks in our order this year. It was all very disappointing for the 2nd year in a row.
Courtney was very rude. Hung up on me. I called to check status on my order because it moved down an hour. I do understand staff shortage at this time. I asked if that were the case, I should have a received a ph call to decide if I still wanted my order. I sent my order at about 645pm and I did not get my order until almost 9pm. Poor customer service. I have to be at work at 5am. So I had called back to cancel and I was not even acknowledged but hung up on.
Worthless! 100% Worthless! First of all an hour and fifty minutes to deliver a pizza, time to shut the doors fokes! I ordered a large stuff crust pizza and 16 boneless wings with 4 ranches. I recieved the pizza and the ranch but no wings. I told the driver not to worry about bringing the wings because I really did not want to wait another 1:50. I told him just to take them off the bill.He gave me $10 and the wings cost $13.99. Once I got the pizza in the house it was cold and rubbery. No lie! The ranch was warmer then the pizza. I called and the girl that answered sounded like I inconvenienced her. I mean seriously is this what $38 plus delivery fee plus tip gets you these days! This place is dead to me I will never order from then again.
It seems this location has an issue with making quality pizza and taking pride in their work to please customers from keeping customers wanting to come back. I ordered 2 pizzas. It seems they just want to fulfill orders with toppings ordered but lack providing enough toppings. So to say it has pepperoni sausage and green peppers. So there were a dozen pepperonis, sausage barely on all the slices just threw enough on to say I put sausage on it and 6 tiny slices of green pepper. Are you kidding me? Take pride in your work and deliver a great experience to your customer. I will also be submitting feedback to pizza hut corporate as this is ridiculous. I will not order from pizza hut again as I don't trust they take pride in providing the best pizza.
