Sanitation and cleanliness is very poor, food handling isn't properly being followed. Even staffing issues shouldn't equate to poor safety and cleanliness standards.

Food was very good. Service was excellent.

For fast food. Penn station is fine. If ordering in advance keep in mind that they do not fry the fries until you arrive.

Good food but they are always out of malt vinegar in the Hilliard location.

I will never spend my money at this location. I called because my order was incorrect. Not only was the staff rude so was the manger on duty. I would like someone from corporate to contact me.

They asked me if I wanted mushrooms onions and bell peppers on my sandwich. Not a single thing about banana peppers. When I brought it back to them they wouldn't do anything. Wasted 9 bucks threw out the sandwich. Why ask what someone wants on a sandwich if you're just going to put whatever you want on it. My receipt only had mushrooms, onion, and bell peppers listed on it. They will give you attitude here and know absolutely zero about customer service. Neither myself nor my coworkers will return.

Consistently good hot subs for lunch. I feel bad that they’re also consistently understaffed. Get these folks some help!

Friendly staff and good food. Especially love the fries.

Not a great experience. There were a couple ingredients that weren't available, the subs were weren't made all that well, and the fries were a miss (they typically are quite good.I like Penn Station, but this wasn't a good visit.

My son worked here for a few months and was recently taken off the schedule without any form of communication. I told my son I would reach out and he said the manager was nasty to him and that he didn't want to return. Well today she returned my call and I see why my son didn’t want to work for this lady. This woman made many excuses for her poor leadership skills and basically made it as if he was just not successful at making sandwiches and he didn't seem enthused to be there. She stated the manager Jared had conversations with him about his progress but nothing came of it. Lisa gave nothing but excuses and it appears she needs to find a new profession if she cannot be a good leader that has patience, morals and respects her employees. Customers have witnessed her behavior and it's not ok to belittle ANYONE let alone a 16 year old child who's trying to learn the workforce.I don't see why the owner is allowing this woman to run off worker, customers and slowly his business into the ground.L
