It’s the worst customer service. If you order your pizza you will not get it and also they charge you for it. I ordered my pizza and they told me they need 45 to 50 minutes to get it . An Hour later I called the store it was closed. I called customer service they told me they can’t do any thing for me. I get charged for nothing so. Never ever get your Pizza from papa John you never get it and they will charge you for it. Never again
Ordered our pizza at 9:00pm. Stated they would be here 30-40 mins. An hour passed, tried calling and no one answered. They finally showed up at 10:50pm. The driver was very rude, didn’t know what we ordered, brought us the wrong order. When we refused it, he said we can’t order from them again! That’s fine! WE WON’T! ?
Never allow papa johns to send sms texts! After accepting I get texts all time of day and night from asking for my cc info to fat loss diets. Make it stop!
The food was cold when we waited over an hour : we're less then 2 miles away.
Did this location close? You literally can't order online for delivery or pick-up at this location. It's listed in Google, I went to the website by clicking the link for this location. I tried to place an order I selected carry-out. The site asked me to choose a location and this location is not on the list. I tried the same with delivery and the same issue. This location is either not there, or it doesn't offer carry-out or delivery. Maybe only walk-ins but that ain't no good. This is preposterous service. I want to talk to a manager. Won't someone get me a manager?
Was told my order would be delivered in 35 mins... over an hour and 15 mins later it showed up.... cold.. gross and unedible..... never again.. sooo unhappy and disappointed
Horrible service horrible pizza papa johns
Called and placed an order for delivery on 11/5 at 10:20 pm estimated delivery time was 30-40 mins. It is now 11:35 pm the pizza has not yet been delivered and I waited on the phone on hold with this location over 15 minutes and nobody answered. I drove to the location only to find out it’s closed now when I call the number I can’t even get an update on my eta for delivery. This was my first time ordering from this location and I never will again. It is now 11:39 and my door was just now knocked on while writing this review. This pizza is lukewarm and doesn’t even taste fresh. The pizza itself looks like it has sat out for a while before delivery. I understand there is a nationwide shortage of workers but this is a bit ridiculous. Not worth my $17 and some change.
Ordered my pizza well done and it wasn’t, the check out girl was really friendly!
Delivery order was very late, like maybe an hour late and not very warm. The chicken poppers were honestly one of the worst things I’ve ever had. I normally hate to be wasteful and will not throw anything away, but these were literally awful and I could not choke the rest down.
