Do not order online for delivery! Every time I order from this location, I'm missing AT LEAST 2 items. Ordering from the app, there is no easy way to request a refund. My husband sent an email and has been waiting for a response or refund for over a month. Calling the store doesn't help as they act like there's nothing they can do. It's a waste of time and money!
I do not deny that the food in your branches is fresh and delicious, but the most important thing is to choose employees who do not have psychological problems and can smile with customers and provide them with the best possible service, but unfortunately your employees in this branch do not have this feature and this will kill your business. They treat you as if you annoy them with your requests, but we pay money for that. I know that the workers in this sector are young people and they do not have the experience to satisfy the customer with good treatment, the owner of this branch must deal with that.
If you like spending $50 on sandwiches on substitute bread that does not compliment the sandwich and also not getting the toppings with your soup or baguettes than by all means eat here. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. And don’t worry about complaining or getting refunded because the management will let you sit on hold for 26 minutes not answering.
The food here has taken a nosedive. We ordered a chicken noodle soup and counted exactly 5 noodles and 3 small chunks of chicken in the whole bowl. We also ordered a Thai CHICKEN soup with a single tiny chunk of chicken in it. The portions and quality are absolutely not worth the price anymore.
I love this Panera. Everyone is really nice and helpful. The employees are absolutely being run ragged, clearly the employer is not paying enough to attract employees to apply, thus creating this and other companies' recent decline in production. I come here often and am always greeted with a smile, and everyone is working very hard throughout my brief stays. It's why I return, and I would love to see these very helpful faces a lot less stressed. Give these folks some raises!
People working the drive thru were unaware of what they have to offer. Tea machine was not cleaned. When we took a drink of the tea, it tasted of alcohol. My husband went into the location to talk with them, and they said it is cleaned every day. He told them there was no way. The inside of the container had a white substance in the bottom of it that was very easy to see. They were also out of several things we wanted, and what they replaced the out of item with was of poor quality. The Asiago cheese bread was very salty like they sprinkled salt on it before or during the baking process.
No paper menus available for those unable to access or use online menu, for example my 93-yr-old mother, staff not sympathetic ("I don't run the company.") microwave located under counter, near floor with difficult access for elderly or disabled guests, realllllly slow to serve our breakfast sandwiches, coffee lukewarm right from self-serve carafe. Won't be back.
It was a decent visit with a very long wait. Only 2 people working and a lot of employees standing around...doesn't matter why, it just looks bad when you have a full lobby of customers. Food was good for Panera, dining room could have been cleaner.
All the teas I tried taste like they were sitting in room temperature for a week. My sandwich still had a plastic square where cheese was stuck on it. Definitely way over priced. Worse than McDonald’s quality
I ordered the family feast of two flatbread pizzas, two salads that also came with 4 cinnamon rolls and an extra pastry for delivery. The delivery came at the right time which is why this review isn't a 1/5 stars. Our flatbread pizzas tasted stale and we received 0 out of the 5 pastries with our order. I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of quality control to make sure everything was included with the order. To not include over half the number of items in the final order is inexcusable.
