Salad Soup

Disappointed, I ordered the new thai chicken soup and salad. It looked like 2 different people made each salad. Very little lettuce in one. Very little chicken in both. As for the soup, I don't think mine had any chicken. Wife said hers had one piece. 27 dollars, no drinks. The other thing is that the online menu looks very different from the store menu. Anyway I will try it one more time. See if my experience improves. That said, the quality of the food for the money needs to improve greatly. We shall see.

Food is never available, the place is always cold in winter. They lie about being “out of” an item if they don’t want to make it. Probably one of the worst Panera’s out there. Would not recommend. Have visited this location at least 20 times. Similar experience on every one.

I have been coming here for years. The food is fairly decent, but the service is abysmally slow. It takes forever to place an order and to pay. The crew moves at a snail’s pace and without a sense of purpose. Just have appropriate expectations, and you’ll have a positive experience.

This place just gets worse and worse! Used to be a decent place to eat now it's not much better than subway....

I've had more incorrect than correct orders here over the last two years. It's to the point where I don't even call to try to fix the error anymore, and instead blame myself for even trying again. Don't order delivery, because you'll end up driving to the store anyway to get the correct items. Also check your bag, because they're willing to let you leave paying for an item you don't have because they were out of stock.

The absolute worst service ever and very consistent at doing so. I ordered food to be delivered. They use door dash and charge a bunch of fees then get your order wrong. They leave half of it out and don’t fix it with modifications. But wait, there’s more. Then they send you the wrong food too. Then you call 800 times and nobody answers. I was trying to give them another chance because of all the bad past experiences. Because of this particular location I will literally never eat at another Panera bread in my life. To be charged so much money for a sandwich and then to get it wrong should be illegal. I have now been trying to call this particular café for an hour with no response. I’m a retail manager so I get being short staffed, that’s not the problem here. It’s a lack of caring about your customers and it’s sad. Most people would stop calling out of convenience, but I will keep calling and calling and calling to make up for those people that let it go. I paid them $60 today and all I asked was to get my food and they couldn’t even get that right.

They closed their business earlier than the app said for the day and basically fulfilled orders with trash that was destined for the compost heap, not what was ordered. They have an app which they could close out from receiving orders, but instead they left it open to keep receiving orders and just stole my money with no explanation.

Pretty good, probably would of been better had they not closed the dining room due to staffing shortages. The outside tables we shared with yellow jackets.

I have had several disappointing experiences at this Panera location recently. The curbside orders are not ready when they say they are, the workers don't wear masks and aren't friendly or helpful when requests are made. Seriously Panera, you can do better here.

Went to grab to-go tonight and the inside was not even open to order. We had to order online and wait in the car for our food. It took half an hour to get 2 pick twos when we were trying to get something quick to eat. When we got home, my salad had barely any dressing and some of the lettuce has dark black spots in it. My sandwich had maybe a spoonful of chicken salad on it. The sandwich was mostly bread and lettuce. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money.
