I’m from Northeast Ohio originally and this is like a taste of home. We love coming here. Never disappointed. Love these guys!!! Can’t wait til they open in Dublin, too❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?? ????????
Were you born and raised in a steel town known for population decline and a very polluted river? Have you transplanted to central Ohio for a job? Do you need your fix of authentic food steeped in southern Italian tradition? This is the place you're looking for. It's so Youngstown, one bite of the Brier Hill pizza will make you want to name your kid Gino and get an Italian flag tattoo.
Love the ability to order via text and get to a piping hot pizza! Grew up in Youngstown so the appreciation for crust on a pizza is high. Always consistently good pizza and awesome service!
Meatball Mafia is consistently delicious and worth a shot. At this point I have tried several items including notable mentions - white pizza, sloppy Giuseppe, and their namesake meatballs. It doesn’t matter if it’s a slow day or a busy day with an hour wait. The food is always spot on and guaranteed to please.
Being from Youngstown, I’ve struggled to find Italian places/pizza that fill that craving. It might just be preference, but I don’t really care for Columbus style pizza. This place hits all the notes right - crust, sauce, and quality.I recommend the briar hill pizza. It’s unique and it really is authentic to Youngstown. It’s a pizza with red sauce, peppers, and Parmesan/Romano cheese instead of mozzarella. And you can’t do that without a really good sauce. And the sauce is amazing.I look forward to tasting everything on the menu. Thankfully I don’t have to make the 2.5 hour drive to Youngstown whenever I want good pizza.
Located in the new brewery in Old Hiliard, this place has a pretty cool name, and the pizza was very good. Being from the Youngstown area, I was pretty excited about a piece of home being so close . I’m excited to try the rest of their menu. I would definitely recommend trying it. Also you have to go in for your first order.
The best pizza! I love their white pizza with hot pepper, my husband loves all the meat so the Butcher Is his favorite. My mom loves the Briar Hill pizza, and we both love the hot peppers. A little piece of Youngstown in Columbus.
Maybe it was the 14 mile run or the solid IPA, but this pizza hit home hardcore. Very enjoyable. Loved the soft thicker dough (but not too thick). I'll definitely buy again
Enjoyed the pizza at this place. More of a pan pizza style, only size offered is 12 inches. Had a lot of cheese and the toppings were pretty tasty. The sub on the other hand was pretty subpar. I wouldn’t have a sub here again but would def come back for the pizza.
Absolutely addicted to this place, amazing sandwiches and pizza. Try The Vindicator, amazing flavor.
