Decent location however the traffic and drive thru get crowded very fast. My order was mostly correct however they did not add ketchup to my burger. Fries were luke warm.
If you want McDonald's then don't come to this one. I came in 11:30AM then i asked for a happy meal for my son. Then when they came to give the order to me. They messed up a lot of things. Like I ordered a 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and medium fries and ranch I received 4 pieces of chicken nuggets another reason is I ordered a medium fry I got a size smaller then a small size. Lastly I ordered ranch wa with the meal they did not give me any. So make sure you check your order because McDonald's is a rober . So I am not coming here again and they are so rude
Besides the lack of friendliness from the staff...it's a very unhygienic work place...hair should not be my drink
They weren't very busy and appeared adequately staffed yet I waited nearly 25 minutes for two sandwiches. I understand times are hard but you don't even wait that long for a full meal in a sit down restaurant.
They lock the restrooms. Got to ask for a key to even wash your hands. The staff is very rude. Maybe the worse McDonald's in the surrounding Columbus area.

No wonder this place only has a 3.6 star review. Their service is rude and manager was just as bad. The drive through lady talked to me like an aggravated mother talks to a child. The manager said it was our fault because we having a bad day. Just ignorant. We didn't even make it to pay before we said we're leaving. Good going losing service for bad attitudes.

Both sandwiches had hard stail bread. I ordered food around 10pm so a little late but stail bread is NEVER acceptable. Horrible
Cashier girl gave me this weird eye contact that made me feel like she wanted to kill me. Not sure if she has a mental disorder(which would be understandable), but I was creeped out. I don’t know her, but she seemed really opposed to taking my order and made really weird and disturbing eye contact. Got my order right though.
