I should have read the reviews before I went to this location.Cold double cheeseburger, watching the male cook grabbing hamburgers with his hands, not tongs. Very poor franchise location and a disgrace to the McDonald's reputation.Never again will I eat there.Horrible
Was really disappointed in this location. The cashier didn’t even mention they were going on break just walked away. Had to wait for at least 10min to place an order. The place was a mess, couldn’t believe the GM would let stuff pile up like this. The restaurant was literally a one man show. Never going back here.
My husband went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich and a small milkshake. This was before 11:00 PM. This location closes at midnight. He was told that they were not making milkshakes anymore for the night! Really??? I’ve never heard of that before. That is okay. You lost our business and money to Graeter’s across the street, who were closing in 10 minutes, but were friendly and made a great milkshake. Maybe all of you should go over there and learn what true customer service means!!! Too bad I can’t go lower than one star!!!
I pulled up to the drive thru window to pay for my meal and the cashier read my order and total back incorrectly. I tried to explain to him thats not what I ordered and he then proceeded to argue with me and repeated the amount due. I told him to cancel the order and drove away.
Okay usually this is the best McDonald's around me for breakfast today no gravy for the biscuits and then they sold me a poorly prepared egg McMuffin which was very crispy and all around disappointing
Not polite.... also, why is the dining room closed at 8am. With no sign.
Only thing good about McDonald's is the French fries if you can at least get them fresh and hot.
Drive-up was fast and above all the order perfect. Everything was great.
Please learn to run the 2nd drive thru line
Straight trash. Save your time and money and go across the street at this point. The staff I’ve encountered here are rude and lazy. I was missing a good part of my order including sauces, napkins etc and what really did it was the no salt on the fries. Once I finally got my order situated, it was straight trash, I wouldn’t even fed it to my dog.
