I finally got to try Mala Hot Pot and it was a great experience. The service was fast and friendly. We especially liked the robot waiter. The food was delicious ! I had the chicken and mushroom base with mala chicken. My husband had the mala pot ( beef based) and flank steak. I would absolutely recommend and hope to get back here soon.
Really good and a good mix of simple to choose and wide customization depending on how new you are to trying hot pot meals!Also the little robo server is absolutely adorable!
Robot gave me more service than any employee who at one time left for 20 minutes and another table wanted there check and I was next to the door to tell them that the staff is gone! The entire experience was based on 0 human interaction and it still failed, food wasn't bad but I burned myself 3 times trying to fill my to go container and got no help with it. I even said when I sat down that I have never been to a place like this and was just left alone... Won't be back
Tasty and fresh ingredients, clean restaurants, interesting sauces, and I enjoy the individual hot pots. Very easy to order and enjoy the experience. Lots of meat choices.Friendly service.I would highly recommend.
A unique dining experience!! Healthy, vibrant and delicious, the menu is diverse and fresh. Also, thr robo server is super fun!! If you are looking for an interactive dining experience, give it a try!
We went to Mala on a whim. It was absolutely delicious! Prices are super reasonable for the portions you get. Very clean and modern decor.They only have a few people working there, unless you count the robot that brings your food and drinks. It never missed a beat!

Food was good . Customer service was great . Not too expensive. They are now open back up . Come in to try them again you won’t be disappointed

We have not even gotten a chance to eat at this place and I am not sure after my phone experience if we ever will. My husband and I wanted to go here a couple months ago and we drove 45 minutes out to Hilliard to find out they were closed indefinitely. Today is our anniversary and we wanted to see if they were open. I called 7 times….7!!! Before they’d answer. All my calls were placed between 12-1 pm (after they were already open) Finally a man did and I asked how late they were open today to insure they were indeed serving and he responds to me by saying “I am really busy what do you want?” I repeated my question and he said “7:30 no later!” My husband and I love hot pot but if it was this difficult to even answer the phone and then be so rude on the other end, I am not sure we will ever patronize this restaurant. We’d rather drive 2 hours to the Cincinnati location as I called one time and they answered very kindly and said we could come in as late as 8 pm to eat.
