Went for the lunch special. They refused to make it with sausage. Where did you ever hear of a pizza place refusing to make sausage pizza!Also, was a half-hour later in opening than their posted signs.
Waited over 2 hours for my pizza, with 1 hour wait expected no biggie. Went in and calmly asked if it was close to done. They said it had been done and thought it was picked up. I explained i was never sent the code for pick up. They got the manager carlos who said it wasnt ready and laughed when i said nicely it had been more than 2 hours, he said lots of people have been waiting this long. I walked out calmly and waited as of now another 45 min and its still not ready. Been calling and cant get the store to pick up to tell them i just want a refund. Carlos was the worst and he is the gm so will not be going back, except to get my refund.
Terrible service never is there a hot and ready that little ceaser is a joke. Order food 2 hours early had to go in to tell them it's been 15 mins past time.
Just shoes up at this location at 12pm on Sunday 1/9/2022 and the store was closed. I check the hours posted on the door and they should be open.
The customer service rep named Sara with blue hair should be fired at this location. Screaming at customers over simple easily fixed customer service questions. Loud music from back. Every little caesers I've been too has questionable service but screaming at customers over customer service questions is not acceptable.
What's the point of Hot N Ready Pizza if there is never any Hot N Ready?? Past three visits it was the same thing.
They fix your food the way want. Good attitude,. Crowds don't lie
If you want a truly horrible pizza for $5 go here. If you are willing to pay anything more, go anywhere else but here.
Friendly Staff. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were just as expected. Location was clean and efficient. Recommended any time.
This place should be a nightclub with as loud as the music is in the back. Pizza takes forever to get done. Horrible customer service. I've been standing in the lobby now 20 minutes waiting on a Slices N Stix and a lunch combo.
