What happened to the KFC i used to know and love as a kid? I cannot find any KFC locations with a decent google rating. I don't go to KFC anymore because the experience is always terrible no matter which location I go to. The colonel would be sad to know how down hill his KFCs have gone. We go to Cane's now, but i still miss the KFC i used to know.
Ordered the spicy famous bowl meal and two chicken sandwiches no sauce with a small fry and drink. They only have us one drink, half a famous bowl that wasn’t spicy, both sandwiches had sauce and missing a small fry. Then came blamed it on us saying “that’s not what it says right here”. The person read the order back to us correctly but the receipt ended up wrong
7 pm, you would think they have everything avaliable. Friends and I go there to bet on what they don't have each night, nothing special, extra crispy or such things that should be avaliable. All I ordered was what was on there billboard 8 pieces of dark for 12. Could not do it! Gave me alternative tho. Said no thanks and and spent my winnings at Popeyes. By the way never tells me there out of anything. It's a shame your store in a great location is run so bad.

Best picture I could get they are saying they’re out of chicken but have a full case of chicken they overcharged me I got a large side and they charge me for two large sides when I asked him why are they saying they’re out of chicken but they’re fully stocked she just shrugged her shoulders and close your window 2 young girls reddish hair clearly don’t care Hillary was my cashier

The food was fine but the individual was not very friendly. It was like I was bothering him.
This KFC should be closed. The service is trash, the employees act like they don’t get paid to work here. It needs to be under new management ASAP!
I hate, and I mean ABSOLUTELY hate, whenever I have to stop by the KFC. When I walked in an saw the manager standing behind the counter, playing with his phone, look up at me, and turn his attention back to his phone "without" greeting me; I should have turned and walked back out the door. Boy did I ever regret the decision to proceed with ordering dinner here. Old / lukewarm chicken, chicken bites on top of famous bowl were so hard, basically inedible. Almost $5 for a large order of french fries only to fine the carton 1/2 filled with fries. All that hard earned money, down the drain.
This place is seriously suffering and should be shut down unfortunately. Poorly staffed and the staff that are there are completely untrained. The place was a mess, the pop machine needed refilled but no one knew how to do it and no one was wearing masks, even though the sign on the door said they were required.
