I decided to give this KFC another chance after the last bad experience there. Bad decesion.I ordered the 8 piece dark meat and out of the 8 pieces they gave me 2 were chicken breasts and 2 were wings which are white meat and no drumsticks. Drumsticks are my favorite, and is the main reason I get the 8 piece dark meat. How did they mess that order up? They work at KFC you would figure they know Chicken breast and wings are white meat. Is there any training going on at all? I won't be giving this place a 3rd try.
The chicken sandwich was barely warm, only one pickle. The staff seemed more interested in goofing then serving us. Should have known because at 4:45 pm we were the only ones there !
second time I ordered from here. I used uber eats both times. this time I got food poisoning. never ordering from here ever again.
If you use a card make sure you are charged the correct amount and of course its Lisa at the drive through
I have visited this KFC numerous times in the last year. If you pull up to the drive-thru and hear "Welcome to KFC. This is LESA"- LEAVE. LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.Her social skills are primitive. She will interrupt you while ordering to again wait for up to 3 minutes. Everytime she works the food is HORRIBLE. The chicken appears left over from the previous day. The biscuits are so burnt you could use them as hockey pucks. Why is the food so bad when she works?On other days, another gentleman works in her place and the food is usually decent. The chicken is plump and fresh. The biscuits are soft and edible. The sides are made well. Why is there such a difference on the different days these associates work? Is it training? Is it basic education? Is it work ethic? I hope the store manager or cooperate can figure this issue out. After last week, I will never eat here again. It borders on needing the Franklin County Health Department to clean this place up...
I'm over fast food, it's not there fault
I rolled up to the drive-thru speaker and before I could even finish saying my order, an exasperated voice comes through - "It's a 45-minute wait!" I didn't bother hanging around.
Bad service. Bad menu. Just bad. The owner doesn't seem to care about the food or quality, they may as well just throw you the food and run like your a caveman. Disappointing. Would recommend the Sawmill KFC or Popeyes near Tuttle Mall. Don't waste your money at this KFC.My sandwich was bad and not even wrapped and I had 10 fries in my medium fry order.
Classic chicken sandwich was outstanding. The best chicken sandwich I have tasted and at $3.99 it was a steal.
Horrible! I went to get a $5 fill up with famous bowl/extra corn and 2 biscuits. When I got to the window the supervisor was cursing and her hair was swinging everywhere! I got to the window and my husband paid and my drunk was overflowing and juice had spilled all on the sides of the cup. She handed us the cup w/out wiping it down. Once I finally got my food I only had 1 biscuit and it was rock hard. We waited for the supervisor to come back to window because she was running drive thru and we could hear her say “why are they still waiting at the window” with a attitude. Once we asked for better biscuits and reminded her we paid for two she threw biscuit out and handed me 2 more. They weren’t any better On top of that her hair was in the box!!! The chicken in the famous bowl was old and hard (couldn’t even chew it). This was horrible. If I could rate this place a 0 I would!
