Off-putting.Ordered online. Doors were locked, handwritten sign on the doors read "online orders only".We were puzzled.Eventually someone came to the door, and asked our name. They got our bag, and started to hand us our drink cups. Before touching the cups in any way I pointed out that they were the wrong size.The employee rolled eyes, and tossed the cups we had never touched in the trash (why?). Another employee handed us the right size cups. The whole thing was in a creepy silence where it seemed like everyone wanted to avoid talking to us.Overall, we felt very unwelcome, and probably won't be back, which is a shame. The food was really good, and was ready at the time we had requested. The prices were great. I really like Jersey Mike's, but I probably won't be back to this one.
This location is great if you go in to pick up your sandwich. Everything is made quick and to order. I tried for the third time this afternoon to get my order delivered via UberEats and for the third time it is incorrect. Right on my receipt that is taped onto the bag it says: no tomato, no oil, no vinegar, add mayo, add pickles, add banana peppers. Nothing I requested was added to my sub and everything I didn’t want was. I purposely don’t get those items as while you wait for delivery the sandwich can get very soggy and fall apart. My sandwich is incorrect and an inedible mess that is falling apart. Don’t waste your money by having it delivered or ready for pick up as whatever you get is a completely roll of the dice - go in and watch them make it so you know it’s right and you’ll have a great meal. Now I’m just frustrated and hungry.
I go to this location frequently and always get the same thing .. A giant 44 with no tomato. I will say I have never had a bad experience at this location. Amazing staff, subs are always great. Overall I would recommend this location
20 minutes till close and doors are already locked... I bet it was a tough couple of hours of work. I'll take my money else where...
This location is always a great experience. The staff is very fast, efficient, and friendly. I come here often due to always having a great tasting sandwiches and a pleasant experience. Thank you team Jersey Mike's (:
Love this location, the place is clean and has very friendly staff. One of my favorite cheese steak sandwiches, the Italian is very good too!
Always a courteous staff, sandwiches come out quick and when we carry out, they are always correct!

Guess I won’t be ordering from this location ever….. saw the commercial for delivery in game day Saturdays and tried to order two subs but the app was only loading part of the menu and the subs we wanted weren’t showing up. Physically couldn’t order our food. Then tried calling the location directly and the phone rang through busy for over 45 minutes each time we called and when it finally rang it just continued to ring and ring and ring and no one answered. Literally can’t give this location my busy so I guess they won’t ever get it. Corporate- please fix your app and your phones.
