Love greaters and this location. Employees are great every time. Line can be long sometimes but worth the wait, I promise!! Love that this store is always stocked in pints (and non-dairy flavors!!)

I don't normally write reviews, but I am always so impressed with the level of customer service at this location. Everyone is so pleasant, attentive, and responsive. Seriously the best customer experience of any "restaurant" in the area!
I love Greaters. Very thick and rich, but wonderful flavors, esp anything with their (chocolate) "chips."
Fast and friendly staff. Good ice cream and a lot of other snacks to choose from in there.

My husband went on a milkshake run for me tonight. Originally, he went to McDonalds. They close at midnight and informed him they were not making anymore milkshakes for the night. You know because that is all they do all day!! He went to Graeter’s, which was closing in 10 minutes, and was greeted by a nice girl. He said she and the manager couldn’t have been any nicer!! That is called great customer service!! I will be coming here for future milkshakes!! By the way, the milkshake was way better than McDonald’s!! Keep up the good work and thanks for being so friendly, even when you were near closing time!!
Long line. Not their fault. Line was moving fast. we were last in line. Literally no one behind us. We had 1 person on crutches, 1 on a walker. Staff decide when it’s our turn to start combining ice cream buckets. I ask if they can just please help us. Nope. We can just wait.Reeks of an ADA violation.
Manager was working and helped us pick an ice cream we liked. Great experience and service.
Great service! They are always attentive when I tell them about my nut allergy. They use a clean scooper for me. I love the selection too!
