Italian McDonald's. I had no idea what I thought this would be when I came into a Fazoli's, but I never thought someone would microwave noodles and charge someone else for them. The pasta is an affront to Italy and Italians and there are no redeeming qualities. The white sauce is chunky, the red sauce is separated, and the breadsticks are almost palatable in the areas on the top where they've had a garlic butter spread. Then, one bite into them reminds you that you're just eating non-nutritional filler covered in garlic butter. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because this isn't a problem with this restaurant, this just happens to be the only Fazoli's I was willing to try.
Giving this Fazoli's 5-stars given their restaurant class is quasi-fast food. There is a full staff who are friendly and hard working getting it done for their guests. The place is spotless and I mean spotless. Not one unbussed table, not one straw wrapper on the floor. Literally tables are shiney clean and the drink area is fully stocked and tidy. Food was hot and fresh. Real dishes and silverware. The only paper products were cups and napkins. Male staff with beards were wearing beard nets and the every one had their hair pulled back. The place was hopping with guests and take out. Y'all this is a result of excellent leadership. Go check out Fazoli's on Rome-Hilliard Road across from Meijer!
Many of the dishes here are better than some of the local sit down full service Italian places.Great lunch specials and daily specials. They have baked dishes also. Not crazy about their marinara sauce as its a bit like ketchup with chunks, but their meat sauce and Alfredo is great.
Best place for fast italian food that i cant believe they have a fast food that good, awesome place... chicken parmessan and spaghetti are my favorite...

Love this place. It's fast food restaurants but feels like regular restaurant. The dining area always very clean. They bring food to your table and also have the option of metal silverware wrapped in individual plastic bags. Everyday lunch special is good deal. Food is tasty.

I come here every time after I am done working, as it is right on my way home. I love the staff here, who are always kind, patient and caring, and really make my night. I get the fettuccine alfredo, every time, without fail. It is always made amazingly, and its always HOT. I love that! My favorite place to eat. The drive thru is always speedy and quick. Usually under 3 minutes for me to order and get the food!!
This Fazolis in Hilliard OH needs to take a note from the Huntington, WV Fazolis. Fazolis in Huntington WV is the bomb and has great customer service. This Fazolis in Hilliard isn't good. Rubbery Pizza, and the baked spaghetti isn't as good either.
love this place. great Italian food. first time I was here was when my grown kids were very young now taking my younger children. very nice for families
