Look at the majority of the last customer reviews and you will see how well this location is doing. They have hired people who do not care about service or quality. They will not pick up the phone and once you get there it is nothing but attitude. I have been going here for the last 12 years and will no longer bother this staff with my order. I would rather go 20 minutes out of my way and wait then deal with these employees. They have also done a disservice to Donatos in their quality of food.
I havent ordered fron donatos in a long time. I did today for lunch .i have to say im glad i did. My food was fresh and delicious. My order was also delivered on time.Keep up the good work .i will definately order again from the hillisrd rome rd location
If your wanting donatos and your close to this location, then drive the few extra miles to norton or another location. This location is the definition of not all donatos standards are the same throughout each location. Ive done tge food industry for 20+ yrs. Slimy green peppers are not usable. Chicken still frozen inside on the marachi chicken maybe next time dont push it too far in. It needed the extra time. Also ovr proofed dough made it take like straight yeast. Never again.
I called Donatos to order delivery, no one ever picked up and it hung up on me. Donatos you did not earn my business. I'll call one of the local mom and pop pizza joints. They will bring me dinner.
My order was ahead of time and delicious. I feel for anyone that works short handed. My experience here my last few pick ups have been great. Getting my ordered in the snow tonight was right out of a Hallmark holiday movie.
Don’t order delivery here. I ordered at 1:40pm and it’s been 2 hours and still my order hasn’t been delivered. It’s not worth it, I get there is an employee shortage but at least let your customer know your true delivery time. They gave me a false delivery time of 65 min. Food should be refrigerated after 2 hours once cooked and this pizza is probably now unsafe to consume. Waste of 20 bucks.
Literally called and waited on the line for someone to pick up for nearly 8 minutes. No one ever answered. How hard is it to pick up the phone and say hello sir cannyounplease wait..
Inconsiderate place. Forgot to make my pizza, told me to wait 10-15 minutes for another pizza and end up waiting 30 minutes. Said they would refund 2$ and nope don’t see it. Terrible service. 1/5
Love donatos. But this one in particular is always super slow and never make my pizza the way I ask.
Ordered food at 6:30pm. Confirmation email said 7:38pm. I know it is always an estimation so I did not have me hopes up. However, at 7:15, I received an email that said “the pizza has left the building.” The pizza did not arrive until 8:20. I had hoped that the email just went out prematurely but the pizza was coldAnd soggy. I drive by the store I ordered from weekly and it is roughly 15 minutes at most from my house. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews especially in times like these but good lord this was a terrible delivery experience.
