I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I feel like management needs to do something about this location. This is the second time we’ve had to cancel our order because our food wasn’t being made in time. We ordered pizza and waited 45 minutes before we called to check on our order. They said it was going to be ready in 2 hours. They informed us that they only had one person making pizzas. I totally understand that every place is hiring, but this is definitely an issue that needs to be resolved or how else can you have your doors open?
long wait even for orders that have been pre-placed in the dominoes app. the only reason I give it 3 stars is that the girl who I talked with was nice and was apologizing for the inconvenience. The review is for letting people know that come after an hour of placing the order lol. btw the pizza was not too bad, in comparison of the dominoes I regularly go I would prefer that one not this place.
Tonight we ordered food—order was wrong! We asked for no bacon, but got bacon. I am vegetarian so now it isn’t edible.Attempted to call the store, after sitting on hold for almost 10 minutes, we hung up.
Ordered a pizza and custom pasta with only noodles and sauce. Got sausage on the pasta. The delivery driver was very rude. Never ordering from here again.
I ordered two large pizzas a two-liter Sprite I place my order at 10:30 I did not receive my order till 12:45 I called and told them the food was cold the next morning they told me they were going to get back with me never did I called again and again they never called me back they cheated me out of my money no I do not recommend this Domino's
Just received the most disgusting Garlic Parmesan wings - they were cold, soggy and literally swimming in a gross, clumpy sauce. Thankfully the bread bites are awesome because it appears they are my entire dinner. Last time I waste my money on Domino’s.
Will never buy from this location again. The wings was very bad, it looks like if it was broiled in water not fried or oven baked, i was eating broiled chicken!! The large pizza parts of it was uncoked. This is for the food. Regarding the service it was very bad. The one who was taking the order was not friendly at all to me. I love Dominos but seriously today made me hate it! I will have to not eat it for a while to forget the taste of today's food.
The food was fine. The staff was disgusting. Watched a worker come in with lunch. Start eating it, put his fingers in his mouth and then walked over and got cheese off the pizza bar. Never washed his hands. Also had to wait 15 minutes over my set pickup time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.I too, have been victimized by this Dominos. If you're reading this review and it's not years later, don't even think about it. Seriously, it's not worth it. You will receive no pizza, no updates, nobody to talk to on the phone. I hope the store owner reads this. I really hope. Hire some more employees. If you can't, then offer them MORE MONEY. If you can't, you don't have a viable Domino's and you should shut it all down and stop wasting everyone's time.
Worst experience. This is with Domino's 3730 on main Street Hilliard on 11/22 3.00pm. The guy was not friendly at all..he dint even gv the choice of crust..he was alone n said he himself has to mk the pizza.. n said he would take 30 min, since I was hungry I agreed. To my surprise the pizza was disgusting n not cooked at all n the twists were also not baked it was doey...even after paying so much..what a disappointment. They didn't even have paper napkins. I doubt their hygiene..how can the same guy do all the jobs. Pls guys tk some action
