I am so sad they moved from Hilliard. It was def a favorite. BOO HISS, I vote they move back. I love Anna I need my extra bag of cheese.
We're from wheeling and grew up on dicarlos pizza but our recent experience was terrible,the guy was rude to my wife,(he's lucky I didn't pick it up) said we ordered something else when we know what we ordered, wouldn't of received this type of service from the wheeling spots,so I guess we won't do this dicarlos again,when we feel like we want some we'll just get it from back home where we know the service will be friendly,it's a shame how customer service is with some people.
Both workers had disposable gloves on and never changed them between orders. The lady answered her phone and then dipped her hand into the cheese bin. Total cross-contamination on everything from counter, door handles, and food product.

Amazing pizza for takeout. Very cheesy but not overpowering. Relatively thin crust. Could easily crush an entire pizza or two solo.
The pizza is really good, tastes great, only complaint is about the employees. I don't even want to take a star off for it because the food is so good, we made a special trip all the way there to get this pizza. The employees were complaining about how awful the customers are because they call an hour before closing and want a whole pizza. It was us and 2 other whole pizza orders. So with myself and another woman standing there he says this looking at us.
Love the Pizza but they are never open for lunch so I never get the chance to go. Not sure how a place stays in business by only being open for 4 hours each day.EDIT: Took a star away for the rude response. I honestly would buy more of your product if you were open for lunch. instead I am told to check the hours. Well I did that's why I am complaining that you are not open for lunch. I WANT TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE BUT I CAN'T.
Great pizza, but told it would be about 30 minutes which is fine, but when I get there, I have to wait 40 more minutes… no exaggeration. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened at Hilliard DiCarlos.
As an out of towner I was told pizza is a must try. We were not disappointed!! Will certainly order again next time we are in the area!!!!
Being valley person grew up on DiCarlos.GREAT 2 c in Hiliiard. Love the crunch of the crust,DELISH. Hey Columbus got 2 try this tasty pizza
