The service here is 1-star. They are understaffed, which is understandable, but when EVERY table has to ask for refills, can we please order now, can we get a box, can we get our bill... this does not make for a good experience. If tables didn't flag down the people working, they didn't get any service.The reason this place got 3 stars? The food. It is delicious! I can't knock the food at all. Cooked and presented well and the flavors were great.
The food was sub par. I got vegetarian fajitas. Veggies weren't seasoned ? The beans/ rice was really good though. My bestie liked her nachos & my boyfriend didn't like his chicken burritoit was also really small; lile taco bell small.. Service was terrible. Our waitress forgot our drinks, didn't offer refills, nor did she come check on us. She then proceeded to mean mug us once I asked for the manager after 40 minutes. I paid 4.50 for 2 tablespoons of queso..?? & it was watery. Manager was okay; he made it right. The hostess was nice too.
This place is terrible. Actually, the food is average but the service is so consistently terrible that I won't be back. The service is so slow that we started ordering meals and drinks together right away. Then when the food arrives, we ask for our checks. We still are there for a 2 hour lunch. There are plenty of great mexican options in columbus - Pick another one!
Really nice lunch at this Crazy Burrito. Service was pretty slow for an empty restaurant. Food quality and portion sizes were excellent. Handicapped access was just OK. We'll go back there.
We arrived at Crazy Burrito in Hilliard for the very first time at 7:25pm Saturday night. First impressions were favorable for this cute, whimsically decorated Mexican Restaurant.We were greeted by our server and asked what we wanted to drink. We asked for a drink menu to decide. When she came back she wanted our food order as well. We hadn't looked at the dinner menu yet. After we decided on dinner we waited for her to return to take our order.Finally a gentleman came to take the order. We ordered the Crazy Burrito and the Carnitas Michoacan.The presentation of the Crazy Burrito and the Carnitas Michoacan was beautifully done. The Burrito was sizzling but the Carnitas was cold even though they said,"Careful, Hot Plate".The shrimp in the Burrito was overcooked but the rest of it was pretty tasty. The Carnitas were like pulled pork with honey barbecue sauce it wasn't bad.We hadn't been asked how everything was but we did get to-go boxes.We saw no staff after this for a while. We kept looking and I finally belted out, "We need to pay".The guy that brought our food out literally came running with our bill.At 9pm the place was now pretty empty.This was one of our smallest tips ever.
Food was ok at that way way over priced for what you get. Plus i don't like how the menu and online ordering prices are different than instore. They say menu changed. But if i order online its cheaper that doesnt make sense. Update your stuff then feels like a rip off. For the price not sure if we will be back or not.
Food was not fresh, there was a hair stuck in my chicken/bacon/cheese...they did take the meal off the bill but I think it's overpriced microwaved Mexican. ShrugA couple other people got ribs-they we're not fresh, the chicken was not fresh, the bacon was undercooked-maybe microwaved. One person got the Crazy burrito, it looked like it may have been cooked fresh. Menu is too large for freshness....
1st time ordering from here, didn't receive the correct order. My name and receipt were correct on the bag, food inside was wrong. Chose to eat it rather than mess with the hassle food was cold, small portions. Very disappointed again 1st time here and will definitely be the last.

Food was decent but overpriced for what you get. I paid $25 for what you see in the picture — it did come with chips which aren’t in the pic. 3 shrimp tacos and an order or chorizo and cheese. Disappointed.
