the chips are STALE...we ordered to go while at work...not like we can easily go back to get it corrected! MAKE FRESH CHIPS DAILY!
This was our worst experience ever at Chipotle’s. We entered at 8:55 and they we mopping floors, mind you they don’t close until 10. The counter and work area where the orders are prepared was covered with loose food, ect…. The young man which prepared our order was a very unfriendly young man, I don’t think he likes his job or would rather be out with his friends. He made us feel like we were imposing on his evening. Portions were extremely skimpy, didn’t steam shell and forgot my husbands shells. The dining area was not a place you would want to eat your meal, dirty also. We will never order or visit this location again, SO SAD ?
Upon arriving, the line was very long. And because of this, one of the workers proceeded to slam around our food into the bowls in a violent way. The entire customer counter was coveted in food from a sloppy line. Finally, as we paid for our meals and proceeded to fill up our fountain drinks, we were surprised to find out over half of the fountain drinks werte empty and only spewing out water. It also took us 10 minutes to find a table because the entire dining area was littered with garbage and food debris. We actually had to clean off a table for ourselves. We won't be coming back here.
Doors are locked with a sign that says mobile only. After reading the reviews here about terrible management, inaccurate orders and skimpy portions, why take a chance? Headed over to the Mill Run location where the dining room was open and they provide fast, courteous service with generous portions. Will never return to this Hilliard-Rome location.
Never again will I order chipotle online. Honestly, maybe not even in person at this location. You pay double for worse food. My name is literally on the bag but the whole order has another persons name on the stickers. This is ridiculous and has happened too many times to forgive. Also, Goodluck calling in. Will not get through to ANYONE. Sad to say chipotle is one of my favorite meals and this place has just ruined it. Food is always cold, meat is always burnt. And nothing is ever right.
Don’t order curbside or DoorDash/Uber eats. They will mess your order up every time. How do you forget multiple items every time. Then get a attitude when you come back up there for the rest of your food. Pay attention to what you’re doing.
They cancelled my Door Dash order. When I called, they said they have no visibility. I went to the Chipotle app and most items were "temporarily unavailable." Running out of food seems like something you shouldn't do as a restaurant.Next visit: Chipotlane extends down the street. This is horrible.
Ten people in line, with one person on the line who couldn't be bothered to actually help anyone. When he finally did get help, the girl who came up was constantly touching her face and mask without changing her gloves. ? had to repeatedly ask for more to get anywhere close to what portions should be given. When they did FINALLY get our food together, they overstuffed my husbands tacos and threw them into a bowl all together so that they couldn't even be picked up, he had to eat them with a fork. Overall absolutely terrible experience. Some people need to be getting fired in this store.
Seriously, I never write reviews, but this Chipotle is SO bad. Always out of ingredients (Rice! Peppers & Onions! Really??), a bunch of kids that do not care, and it's a mess! It's close to my house so I go there, not anymore. Everytime I go there is an issue and never once has an employee ever just offered a simple apology. I'm done, I'd rather drive 10 min to the one on Cemetary.
Lousy service, would not recommend.Ordered a pickup order online for ASAP pickup. I went in 10 minutes later and waited 40 minutes for the order to be ready. (Not kidding. I placed the order at 4:28 and it came out at 5:18.) The store wasn't even busy half the time I was waiting. Also there was lots of gross trash on the sidewalk outside the store.The food was delicious, and the lady who brought it out was really nice.
