Great service. Some of the rice, I chose brown rice was over cooked and not appetizing. The staff here are efficient and friendly for as busy as the store was.
I jus wemt to pick up a order it was fast faster than they said. I was almost home when I got a call saying it would be ready in 5 minutes but i already had it 3 minutes from home. Fast and good he liked it
How hard is it to read the online order? I always think that next time they'll get it right, NOPE!It's nice to order ahead, but I guess anything out of the ordinary is unable to be filled. Extra rice, when there's a button for it, is too much to handle.I like Chipotle. I just know that I must supervise my order being made if I truly want to have the order made correctly.
This has to be the stupidest thing I’ve been told! There was literally zero people in the store and I was told I could only order a quesadilla online, I was told they have a button and are able to ring it in but wouldn’t because of a rule at this location.
Slowest moving place in town. The drive through pickup window actually has made it slower. Set your pickup time for half hour before you get lab to be there and you will still wait. Not a single person ordering in store and people standing around waiting on orders.
Multiple hairs in my food today. Completely grossed me out and I couldn't even eat the food.Didn't realize until a couple bites in so I'm hoping I didn't eat any of it. Short black hair that I'm not sure if it's from the head, a beard, or god forbid anywhere else.It's nasty and something like this shouldn't happen. A single hair randomly falling on food is kind of a rare expectation. But multiple hairs is either intentional or based on neglect and poor sanitary standards.
Not sure how long it will last, but I’ve wanted to 1 start every chipotle in Central Ohio for years. The quality and service and classic of this nice excellent steppe has changed dramatically… That being said! Whoever is running this location at the moment makes it taste god, makes you feel welcome, doesn’t groan over a slight special request or look at your in a strange way because you came in after 9:30. It’s a solid location for me!
I used to have no problem placing a mobile order, but I now have to wait until someone is available to ask where my food is because they often do not place food on the shelves but also do not ask those waiting for their names/orders. This always takes such a long time because there’s usually no one available to help since those up front need to prepare food for those ordering in person; moreover, my food is usually not prepared correctly. If you do want to mobile order, I suggest using the drive-thru window (the Chipotlane) because you at least have someone to speak to when you pick up an order. All this being said, I usually only go during dinner hours, so if it’s less busy, you may not have an issue.
Line is out the door for orders and they’re serving cold steak that is not the right texture while there is a completely separate crew handling online and drive thru orders. Every table was dirty and there were no silverware. I suppose if you want normal service and food, you have to order online.
Price was very good. Workers were helpful. Food was tasty even the white rice and oranges.
