I thought it was a bit strange to still have the people taking orders outside when it was only a couple cars long. Like just as I was paying I would have been pulling up to the order speaker. I see how the system works, but I wish they had menus signs further back. I always feel like when I get to speaker and menu I see new stuff I would have ordered if I would have known they had. Maybe have the staff have limited feature menus to offer cars before they order?
Waited 15-20 minutes for a basic order using curbside-to-go a couple of times while the drive through was going right through. Is there a straw shortage? I haven't gotten a straw the last three times I've been here.
Picked up dinner for my son tonight. This location is high volume, but they can move the cars through the line quickly. My order taker was amazing, took my order, made a few suggestions and got my order correct in just a minute or two
I don’t like to leave a less than great review because I love Chick-fil-A, however this location really disappointed me yesterday (3/28) around 11:00am. The two team members I had interactions with were not “Chick-fil-A friendly” and one was more interested in talking with another guest she knew, she got the order wrong causing me to have to leave my 1-1/2 year old grandson at the table while I had to go to the counter to get it corrected (no table touch-ins), and to top it off every highchair was dirty. I had to clean one off myself. I live very close to this location so I’ll be back, but may I suggest that if you are going to be open for dine-in that you train your team members on how to take care of dine-in guests?
I had a four star experience at this location a while back, but this time around was disappointing! The large fries contained more like a medium amount and the drive thru was unnaturally slow for a chick-fil-a

It was my first time eating Chick-fil-A even though I have always heard good things. The staff was friendly and the place near and clean. The food was the most impressive. The chicken is real chicken not processed and the lettuce is a lettuce leaf not some shredded junk. But the macaroni and cheese was to die for! It cheesy, gooey, with strings of real cheese. Man I could have eaten that all day! Anyway it was a positive experience and I will be back!
The line for this location is always unbelievably long. Cars are normally wrapped around the building twice. The line moves pretty fast though. The food is the average chicken at a fast food place.
This Chick-fil-A service was horrible. It’s either the second or third time I’ve been here and nothing that I order has ever been right. They could take a big lesson from the North Carolina Chick-fil-A in a Wilson. They do so much more business, customer service is so much better.
There is zero consistency with either food quality or portion size. You could get lukewarm, soggy, unsalted fries, or an overly salted, nearly burned chicken sandwich. You could receive a full container of fruit for your one fruit salad, but only a half full container of mostly apples for the other one in your order....no dressing on your underfilled kale crunch salad or drowning in dressing.Two stars bc they occasionally get it right. When they do, their food is outstanding.
