Very bad service. The person behind the counter gives incorrect orders and forgets to give any soda even though it comes in the combo deal. When they deny, I asked to talk to manager and that lady bluntly shouts back at me without even listening to what I have to say. Agreed that they have had bad day, but it does not make sense to be rude at next customer for issues they may have had with previous. Never to go back to this joint!
The person at take out window messed up our order and would NOT give us right order even after receiving full payment. Instead, threw the wrong burger in wastebin and rudely asked me to move on. When I refused to move on till they rectify my order, she called manager who threatened me that they will call police for holding up other customers. My kid was scared, so I moved on. But will never ever go to any burger king joint.
The Burger King Whopper is without a doubt my favourite fast food hamburger but sadly I don't have a Burger King near me.Yesterday, I was running a few errands in a part of town that I don't normally visit and I passed a Burger King on my way to my destination.I had already made up my mind to stop in and get a couple of Whoppers for myself and I called my Mrs. to see if she wanted anything and she asked me to bring her a Whopper with cheese and nothing else as she cannot properly digest Lettuce and Tomatoes and she doesn't like Onions and Pickles.So when I arrived at Burger King on the way home, I should have taken it as a warning sign when I noticed that the drive through appeared to be closed.I parked and came in and I noticed that they had only one customer eating at a booth.And in retrospect, I think it may have been an employee eating their shift meal.Here is what I ordered.......One Whopper with Cheese and NOTHING Else On It.One Whopper with Bacon and EXTRA EVERYTHING On It.One regular Whopper with EXTRA EVERYTHING On It.One Medium order of Onion Rings.When I returned home and opened up the bag, unfortunately, this is what I found.My Mrs. opened her order first, the Whopper with Cheese and NOTHING ELSE.What she got was a Whopper with Cheese (I guess we should be grateful that they got the Cheese part right) AND a most generous amount of Onions and a bunch of Ketsup & Mayo.And for both of my Whoppers that I had asked for EXTRA EVERYTHING to be added....Not even a scrap of lettuce not to mention a complete lack of Tomatoes and Pickles!!!!!!SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!!It wasn't like you were busy or anything as I was the only freaking customer in the store!!!I guess I should be grateful that you didn't screw up the Onion Ring's as well!
Placed a mobile order and wasted time and a coupon driving here like 15mins just to be ignored by staff??? We're literally so upset. Like how hard is it to at least apologize and say you have a staffing issue or whatever the issue is. Don't ignore people. Do your job. Shameful. They looked at us through the window, shrugged and shook their heads. They ignored 4 cars in the drive thru during open hours.
Not bad but not great. Cashier lady was really nice. One of the better burger kings in the area.
The fries were perfect, however our hamburgers were ice cold.
Can't go inside to order. You have to wait in the drive thru lane.
Drive through only. Staff attentive. Explained delay. Polite. Good place BUT very hard to find at night with my GPS with a screwy road system around it. ?
My husband went to get sandwiches about 6:30pm on Sunday at the Main St in Hilliard location and our food was cold and his rodeo burger only had bbq sauce and onion rings on it...NO MEAT. When we tried to call no one would answer the phone. Cold food is bad enough but how do you forget the meat!?
Love their food, but not always hot.
