The worst time we had Buffalo wild wings!!!We were fasting and we ordered from the app. It came later than it was expected. Even though it was the time for us to break our fast but we waited and we understood maybe something happened that caused the delay. But after all of the wait, the food wasn't good. I am not talking about being warm/cold. I am talking about the taste and how dry it was. Basically we didn't eat it. We didn't enjoy it. And we don't recommend it!!After all, I spoke with the maneger. He was nice on the phone. But the solution he gave us for that didn't make sense at all!!!!!He said we can come and bring the food back and they will give us cridet for the future.If we wanted to come, we would have came at first place and got the food ourselves. It was at 10 pm .. REALLY?

If you like spending money on food you can't eat then this is the place for you. If you want to be disrespected by management and argued with....well once again this is the perfect place. I ordered 50 flats well done... I got 7 flats... the drums more than half were bloody and raw. No one took responsibility or tried to make it right I was told the sauce made it that way. The sauce was on the outside and blood and dark purple veins were on the inside. We called immediately and nothing could be done. Wow $58, and I had to cook after chemo. Worst experience ever..... Thank you so much for making my life harder and taking my family for granted. All you had to do is tell me to bring it back I still have 46 wings
Our waitress was fantastic. We wanted for nothing. She was friendly, happy, congenial, alive and attentive and above all - our order came accurately and piping hot!!!
Over cooked over hung & under sauced. The wings had to be cold before they even made it to the line. When you drop sauce on a hot wing it melts so as you toss them every wing gets a little love. Not these wings. So crispy I'm checking to make sure I didn't chip a tooth. Half my flaps were busted from the inside... $74 dollar bill... my server was still spot on and awesome, Johnny on the spot with drinks and anything else we needed. I started to stress a bit to him after I open my 3rd busted flap but my kids didn't want my Kevin coming out so here we are. I just can't justify spending $90 after tip for food below sub par. I will unfortunately be searching for a different hang out spot with the kids when mom goes to work...Appreciate the effort
The server wouldn’t let us get more than one sauce per 10 piece chicken. The chicken came out, and it was obvious that my wife’s chicken had been in the warmer less time than mine. My chicken was cold, while Hers was fresh. The waiter was perhaps having a bad day. I would recommend going across town to the good Buffalo Wild Wings.

Would give no star if I could . Spent 130$ on takeout last night. Nobody was inside it wasn’t busy. Forget half the food. Wasn’t heading back in Friday night rome hill traffic. The food that was in the bag was terrible. Never again. They always mess up work lunch orders to. Done with this place .
I ordered on Uber eats and it wasn’t a problem with my driver, the portions were wayyyy too small. The max and cheese was so little and not enough at all. The meat in my wings was very hard and chewy and I think it was dark meat or just very grisly. I just wish I could get a refund for this “Meal”
Heard some stories thought I'd find out for myself, was there yesterday and was totally impressed with service and the burger great and the boneless wings were great also so don't always believe what people say on social media ?
