If the restaurants are only have drive thru service and dining area is closed PLEASE put a sign up that can be seen from a car like the size of the signs that are up promoting the food I don't know about any body that can read a sign about 8 x 11 and then expect people to be able to read it from their car
Only drive thru is open and work vehicle won't fit through drive thru. To many places are doing this now and takes me more time to find food than what my lunch break is.
Went through the line got a #5 chicken bacon Swiss and guess what my chicken is far from tasty it taste like it was one of the first chicken patties made at 1030 it was bad like if keeping fresh chicken is a issue just make it as ordered ???
Food is good and service is ok but they’re suppose to be open till 11 most nights and are rarely ever there when I come through the drive thru after 10
Staff was nice. We ordered through the drive thru and it was extremely fast which is uncommon for Arby's!
Honestly I order food from this Hilliard Rome location because it's convenient. But I give the restaurant 5 stars because the staff there are always nice to me. Today Percy helped me at the window and he was very nice and made sure my order was correct and that I didn't need anything else. He deserves to be recognized for good service , please give him a shout out.

Drive-thru only but don't expect it to be actually fast food. You're going to wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru with 4 people in front of you. You can't even do carryout.
Let me start with the statement that I love the food here. The problem is that a severe lack of staff makes figuring out the hours challenging at best. Usually open at lunch but only sometimes at dinner hour and never at night. W Broad or Cemetery Rd locations are better options after about 3 pm.
I don’t review fast food because it’s typically standard to have mistakes here and there. However, I came here and I was given frozen fries, completely flat coke that I immediately poured out, and a root beer float with the same warm, no carbonation drink. The woman working was kind and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars.
