The only Wing Stop that understands the word "extra sauce".I really appreciated the heads up on the 20 min wait noticed. Yes I can wait for you to clean the grease & then cook my food.Everything was great!
By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a wingstop! I attempted to call to place my order was placed on hold and no one ever picked up. So I headed to the store. I get there only to be told I have to place my order online I cannot order in the store due to them being understaffed. I attempted to get online to place my order and the online app is not working. So I tell the manager and he tells me that he cannot take my order in the store because if he does it for me he would have to do it for everyone. I told him I drove all the way from Mason if they would have answered the phone I would have known that And would not have wasted my time. I understand everyone is understaffed but that's just not good customer service. He tells me my online app is not working because it's my phone it's not their app. I leave, he comes out right after me sits in a car with his friend but they're short staffed right? That's just all around bad customer service and I will be contact in the corporate office tomorrow.
I ordered 10 wings with two different flavors. They were perfectly cooked, wet and plenty of sauce. The wings were moist and perfect! I love the sauces and I got cheese fries. The cheese fries was cut from fresh potatoes and the cheese sauce was excellent. Best Wing place hands down, and I've tried them all!
The food from here was so delicious! Had chicken wings of the flavors lemon pepper, permesan garlic and Hawaii. I think Their fries have great seasoning and their rolls are tasty. ?
3 10 Piece n fries n for 3 people n brought this much home great service Ramie
All amazing lemon pepper wings. Have never had a bad experience here! Also do yourself a favor and get some corn!
No BW3's but not a bad 2nd wing option restaurant.
This was my 1st time having wings from here ? wow is all I can say!! These fries were also some of the best I've ever had
Service was good and my food was fresh and hot. The wings taste kind of funny but they were okay overall.
