Turned in at 6:36 and 6 cars infront of me in line just to order have not moved .Till 6:48 when a car left the line. Now im 5 cars before i can order my food. Its been 12 minutes and still nothing.well another car left the line. Now im 4th in line and still no movement.Its now.. 6:58 and still nothing i would have left but im stubborn..its now.. 7:00pm And just got to order my food !whats with the service at this wendys !
4 for $4 meals went up to $5...A whole dollar price jump?Ridiculous. Price hikes for a place with ZERO hospitality - they can't even say anything when they hand you the order! They nearly always hand you a bag or 2 and just close the window, leaving you to wonder if this is your entire order or are you waiting?
Do you receive online orders and then decide what you feel like making? A specialty chicken sandwich & a customized fish sandwich both substituted for PLAIN chicken sandwiches, without notice. No toppings. Nothing. Just basic crispy chicken sandwiches. Delivered around 8:30p. We called, back to back off alternating numbers until 11p + submitted a complaint with DoorDash for THEM to contact the store and still no answer. Absolutely despicable service. I understand staffing issues, pandemic changes, etc. THIS. Completely unacceptable.
If I could give them a zero I would. The place is nasty, food is either dry and burnt or undercooked. On one occasion I wrnt back to return nasty food and was asked to get back in line behind 10 cars. This is my local Wendys and I've tried my best to deal with it but I can't anymore. They need to shut this place down or get better staff.
So now a bunch of restaurants are telling us their systems are down same thing happened to white castle the other day there’s some weird things going on my friend you should let us in on the truth you guys want to close early or what I don’t get it
News fries are atleast crispy, after 25 years of soggy fries from here...thats awesome
All the food was good and fixed correctly. The service was very good. The negative? I hate drive-thru. No Lobby
Worst sandwich ever. Just putting nonsense out so people can drive off and have a horrible meal. Completely worthless these people don’t even know how to make a dang sandwich
Hands down best burger joint in town in my opinion its my go to. I work hard for my money wendy's makes me fill good about spending my money there great prices awesome food me and my wife hit them up often later at night
Will not eat there not more. Last 2 times I ate there it made me sick. Done with Wendy
