So after sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes at 12am and no one took my order I went to the front a seen to employee playing around and acting like they did not see me there great job...... And these bums what 15hr lol
Here I am sitting waiting for 25 minutes. With the lobby closed. I wish I wouldn’t have turned the corner to get trapped.
I understand some issues when a restaurant first opens, always check your orders before you leave. My biggest issue is that my husband and I work odd hours and rely on the hours that are listed online so we can eat. If you’re not going to be open for the listed hours change it. Nothing more irritating than getting off work, starving and getting to a restaurant that’s supposed to be open but isn’t and there’s nothing else close.
While we were waiting for our food, the two girls in the drive thru were putting ice down each other shirts. Once we got our food the tacos were made incorrectly. They fixed that and when we got home and started eating the rest of the food was cold and the shells were hard.
The new Taco Bell in Ross is amazing!! And the staff beyond compare! We live in the Colerain area, but travel to this location when we are yearning for good service and food. Thank you Ross Taco Bell
Been to this new location 3 different times the lady manager in mornings very nice foods always on point fast fresh hot best taco bell so far
Ice cold food and we waited in drive thru forever! Sent an email, apparently Taco bell management and corporate don't care about the ones making them filthy rich cause they did NOT respond. First and last time eating here!!
Food was awesome the person taking order is so nice
This Taco Bell was not prepared for a "lunch rush". The drive-thru line was not moving so we opted to walk inside. Upon entering, an employee was speaking to a manager and the employee was cursing about quitting. Cursing right in front of customers (including our children) who were entering the establishment. We ordered our food to go, which took 30 minutes. (Another customer asked for a refund after waiting for 40 minutes). Nothing fast about this fast food establishment. The cursing employee had come back in and we watched him do NOTHING for those 30 minutes we were waiting, he watched his co-workers work. Bad management to say the least. And when we got home to eat we found one of our tacos didn't even have meat on it.
Food was ok but the staff have poor attitudes and are rude
