Everytime I go here my orders are wrong. I just spent $16+ dollars, for MY order, and got 1 crunchwrap, and 3 hard tacos.... my kid is crying because I don't have her food correct... sure, i can make her eat or give it to my other kid, but it's the point that you guys basically get to keep my extra 6 bucks for poor service because you won't answer your phones either and tell me what you can do about it.... I don't get my food. And I Can't take my kids back out when I have bed time routines. Literally so bad.... now I get to have a crying toddler in my ear, and lost $17 and something that I couldve GLADLY spent elsewhere. A reminder of why I don't go there. And the one time I splurge and don't cook at home, it's wrong.
I always hate complaining about fast food places. Everywhere is short staffed but if you can't be nice, don't work in retail or food services. I went through the drive thru and didn't have an issue until I asked the guy if he had a drink carrier as I was packing food to multiple people. This triggered something inside because he tossed my credit card into the drink carrier and nearly tossed the thing through the window. Okay, everyone has bad days I guess, but when I got home people complained their drinks had no syrup and were nothing more than barely flavored water (strawberry lemonade and cherry freezes) and we find all the food busted open in the bag. Our mistake for not checking while in the drive through hut honestly after getting mad about asking for a drink carrier he may have tossed the food on the ground and not in the bag. End of the story is, the drive thru needs work.
Location constantly gets my order wrong. Just ordered tonight and the cheese and lettuce were ice cold. All I ask is for no tomatoes. Despite the terrible food, the service is always solid. Kitchen is always having issues.UPDATE: Downgrading to 1 star. Somehow still messing order up and smashing hard tacos.
First of all I want say they were extremely busy because of the nice weather we had today. The employees and manager had customers pulling around to the back door for large orders so smaller ones could get on their way. They were walking orders to our vehicles out back and mine was spot on can't say for other folks obviously. I have worked in fast food for multiple big chains and it's easy for stores to get dinged and reprimanded for instances completely out of their control which is wrong. I also understand that corporations can't police every store not to mention they drop bombs on heads in the chain of command, and that's why their people get worn out and quit because the good employees work for low wages and get the shaft. I know it's a stepping stone not a career for most folks but everyone one deserves respect and admiration if they do a great job and in my opinion the team at this location tonight did right by me and I hope the big boys give them the recognition they deserve for taking care of the customers at THEIR STORE FOR THEIR SHARE HOLDERS TO MAKE PROFIT. Don't forget your backbone we all know that take care of your good people enough said. Shout out to the lady in the drive thru with the beautiful hair she awesome super nice.
The absolute worst taco bell in Cincinnati area! How can you mess up a soft taco? I find it hard to believe that the people in this store should make 15 bucks an hour! I guess I'm the dumb one for keep going back!! I must be insane!
Poor customer service. Told the lady I was sorry I forgot to say no lettuce on my taco. Didn't even say anything back but yelled it to the person making it. Then she had me pull around to wait and still put lettuce on my taco. Wanted only certain stuff on my nacho bell and extra. Barely got anything. Not the 1st time they have messed up.
Every time I go to Taco Bell it’s not even 7 o’clock through there all the lights are off when your website says they close at 11 PM apparently they are open when they are picking and choosing their hours , there are a lot of people looking for jobs
Order completely wrong through the drive thru... went to the door to walk in and have it corrected but the dining room was closed(understand due to staffing currently) however this cup of cigarette butts and a half smoked cigarette greets you at the door. I'll go ahead and pass on getting a corrected order at this point.
I got the new grilled cheese double steak burrito, WHERE'S THE STEAK TACO BELL? IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF IT HAD SOME. The beans and rice were awful too.
Usually I'd have nothing but great thing's to say about Taco Bell ? but last time we ate at this particular establishment, my mother & I were on the toilet for literally 3 days?? I split a Nacho Bell Grande? with her(my son was lucky, he got the Chili Cheese Burritos)? which is usually what I get? Heck, my daughter worked at this very same place all three her highschool yrs & into her collage days(actually she once held 3 part time jobs & attended collage full time?? 2021 Miami graduate?? she worked the drive through for 5yrs at least(job she didn't mind doing) till graduation ???
